we placed an online order on Thursday (6 days ago) and have still had no confirmation of shipping. I have emailed them twice to ask for confirmation and have had no response or anticipated delivery date. not great customer service.

I didn’t buy these directly from their website based on previous reviews. I bought from a boots store and thought I’d give them a go. Well I wasn’t expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. These nails are amazing I have short nails so only used half the sticker, so double the wear! I accidentally bought the clear but anyway tried them and then applied normal nail varnish on the top. Still not expecting much I left them on. A week later after hands in water, cleaning and generally hard wear, these have not budged, not chipped, no flaking and normal nail varnish has lasted. These are amazing! I have tried lots of other nails, gel, acrylic, SNS, but these have damaged my natural nail and been very expensive and time consuming. These are quick, long lasting and durable. I have been on quite a few nail courses and so know how to prep nails properly first so maybe this helps. Also I have read some reviews that they are not the correct size if you stretch these out long ways they make them slimmer to fit your nail. Also you should always leave a slight gap around edges when applying, this is what professionals do to prevent skin getting stuck under, thus pulling your nails off and allowing water to get trapped under. Firstly push cuticles back and use cuticle remover. Then need to scrape nail with metal tool. Then sand the top of nail gently, then clean with alcohol or clean. If you found yourself washing hands at this point you must them ensure the nails are bone dry before applying, I also use a dehydrator then apply nails. Remember stretching and manipulating to size but without over handling the nail sticker if you can. Vois las! Long lasting nails 💅

Don't trust this company. They didn't send my parcel and after 6 weeks are still saying things about how it's awaiting dispatch and will be dispatched immediately. I've had that email a few times now and that's their excuse why they're refusing my request for a refund.
Do not buy from the company!

Asked for 30 day money back guarantee, customer service representative continues to tell me how to use the product rather than give the money back guarantee.

Ordered product 5 weeks ago & still haven't even got shipping conformation, My emails have been replied to, asked for my money back & the only thing they could do for me was refund shipping. Asked if product was from AUSTRALIA or being shipped from overseas & didn't receive a reply. DON'T BOTHER

Ordered nearly a week ago! No tracking number.. nothing. No customer service and no one answers my emails. What kind of company is this? No one wants to hear excuses, our staff are busy, covid, check your junk mail, it’s in the factory, 7-10 working days etc! What the hell is going on? I Was trusting our good Aussie companies but this is absolute crap. Are you even from here?

Order placed and paid for 2.5 weeks ago. I have no tracking or updates on the status on the order.
I have contacted the customer service lady numerous times who has given the same replies that rather their warehouse is so busy it will take 7-10 days to receive the order, the order has been shipped and I haven't checked junk mail (which I have) or they will check with their warehouse to check if it has been dispatched.
The Customer Service rep seems to have no idea what is going on however I still have no tracking or updates other than the numerous "reassurance" replies from Customer Service stating I will have it "this evening".
I requested a full refund and all of a sudden there are no replies or refund confirmations in 3 business days.
This review could have been avoided if Gel Bae were honest with customers and organised with their order dispatching systems.

These nails are horrendous quality. Every time I have applied them they have chipped/cracked/fallen off within 24 hours. I have followed all instructions to a t in application. When I contacted customer service they were awful, very unhelpful and literally just copied & pasted their response from their website, not actually responding to any queries. Their refund policy is that you cannot get a refund unless the product is unused and unopened making their 100% satisfaction guarantee fraudulent (even though their products are faulty - and yes I have sent them evidence of this, they don’t care). Also in Australia that type of ‘refund policy’ is not lawful under Australian Consumer Laws. Save your money and but elsewhere because this product is awful and company that does not actually care about their customers. Pretty sure this company is a scam…

Cannot get a response from them regarding my polygel kit. Aubrey Jenkins the customer service manager will now no longer reply to my emails. Have requested a refund and no response. Wish I read this before buying.

I have been using gel bar for 4 months now, and I am ready to leave a very positive review. Let me start saying that a lot of bad reviews are probably due to people doing it wrong. I have been doing my nails with builder gel for 15 years and still I need some practice to use polygel really well. It's fairly easy, but to master it you need patience.
I would recommend to have a proper UV lamp like I do, because the one they give is not very powerful. Look at the pictures, this is my last manicure I did 3 days ago. I did a refill after 2 weeks from previous application, you can see the gel is lightly lighter on the cuticle side, where you put a thinner layer, but overall the result is great.

Pleasantly surprised.

Ordinarily I wouldn't leave a review but this is deserving. I had read a bunch of really terrible reviews right after I had placed an order. I was really worried that I had just been ripped off but everything arrived as described and after a little bit of practice, I have nails I'm super happy with! Yes they shipped from China, but who cares! the quality was great.

So I ordered from Gelbae, and then read these reviews...... I was really worried that I had just been scammed. I received my order today. Yes, the product was shipped from China, and not Australia, but otherwise I had no issues. The kit was really easy to use. My natural nail would be ripped off if I tried to take them off. They are not going to fall off. I will admit the product is a little over priced. But I have beautiful strong fake nails, and I am extremely happy with my first attempt. I got what was advertised. No scam here.

I purchased a kit from what I thought was an Australian company. I only wanted to buy from Australia. Once I received tracking number I noticed it said it was coming from China. I emailed them to question this and the reply was "We're sorry if we disappoint you, our stocks from China also came from here in Melbourne. Don't you worry, we're near to finish our production to send products from Melbourne. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused"
This is NOT an Australian Company. It arrived but I could have gotten the same thing half price from Wish if I wanted to purchase from China. The dodgy LED lamp is something beyond rediculous. $2 product maybe. DO NOT BUY !! Fake company taking advantage of the use of Afterpay.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Spent over $100 on starter kit. After being drop shipped from China after misleading information stating from a Melbourne, I waited for its arrival. Product is so thick and doesn’t set properly with CRAP LED lamp. 3 nails gone in a couple of hours. Horrendous edge finish, despite practice and filing. Save your $ for acrylics or gel polish at salon. Not worth a cent!
