The ordering process was easy and the design, terrific. If I have any complaints it’s that the piece is much smaller than pictured in it’s beauty shots and the chain and ring, way too delicate.

Delicate bracelet- solid customer support
In the photo, the diamonds on the bracelet look bigger, and so does the thickness of the bracelet. It was a pretty design, but when I received it, it was too thin and looked quite fragile, so it seemed easy to break. I kept it anyway. Just a few days ago, I don't know how, but it must have gotten tangled up in something and broke, and I didn't notice until I had already lost it.
I contacted customer service about the issue, and they offered an optimal solution: a 50% refund on the value of the bracelet. I appreciate how they handled it.

The supposed solid 14K white gold chain has started changing color. Real, solid, gold doesn’t do that!!! Their reply is nonsense. My mom's engagement ring from 55 years ago is white gold and STILL looks the same despite daily use for 55 years. I only wore the chain three times before it began changing color.

We completely understand the concern, but we want to reassure you that this is genuine 14K white gold, and what you're seeing is actually a normal characteristic of white gold, not a sign it's fake.
Here's why: 14K gold is an alloy (about 58% pure gold mixed with other metals for durability), and white gold specifically starts out with a naturally warmer, slightly yellowish tone. To get that bright white finish, white gold pieces are plated with rhodium, a very hard, reflective metal. Over time, with normal wear, contact with lotions, perfumes, sweat, or friction from daily use, that rhodium plating gradually wears down, which lets the warmer tone of the gold underneath show through. This is expected with all white gold jewelry, not just ours, and doesn't mean the gold itself is losing value or purity.
The good news is this is easily fixed with a rhodium re-plating, which restores that bright white shine. We'd be happy to help arrange this for you, please reach out to us and we'll take care of it.
