I wish I could have found another way to contact Gelweapons.com : my order contained 3 items , I received only 2.
The process to contact them is via email , where an AI agent answers. This is agent advised me to contact a human agent at the email address corresponding to the ai agent -> deadend!
Alternatively the ai agent advised me to use their live chat: same story : an ai agent answers me the same thing.
So no way to get my order in full !!!

Ordered this as a Christmas present for our son and ended up buying two, because obviously his parents also need a blaster 😉
Delivery took about a week, which was totally fine. The package could have used a bit more padding, but everything survived the journey and arrived in one piece.
I had a question for customer service and they replied faster than a gel blaster in a Nerf war; very impressive!

Our company is registered in the UK, but our warehouse is located in the Netherlands. The reason for this is that we deliver throughout Europe. In order to offer the fastest delivery time for all countries, we ship from the most central location.
The average delivery time to the UK is 2 to 3 working days. In rare cases, this can sometimes be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, weather conditions, busy periods, etc. However, in most cases, our parcels are delivered on time.
