Hello GelWeapons my order says that it has been delivered yesterday at 12:30pm however I was home all day yesterday and heard no knock on the door and woke up to a confirmation email saying that it had been delivered yesterday. A can’t even track the order as the parcel service is in a langue spoken in Holland. Can anyone help?

ACESSORIES ARE USELESS
The blaster itself (vector) looks great, but unfortunately the red dot is fake , the flashlight and laser are cheap plastic, but the tracer is cool.
The blaster will only be tested on Christmas day because it's a gift.
My suggestion is to take out the cheap plastic , like the red dot, laser and flashlight and replace all for one good entry level unit. Better to have one usefull accessory then 3 dummy's.

On their website it says that it’ll take 2-3 business days for the package to arrive. I ordered nov 1st. It’s been 4 business days and guess where the package is? It’s STILL at the sorting center in the Netherlands

Absolutely rubbish purchased the mp5k for my sons birthday. Ordered it 2 weeks prior and it still never turned up on time. Gel blaster doesn't work you have to take the magazine apart everytime it blocks up so basically the gun doesn't work. Shoots about 20 pellets then stops working. Absolutely dogs******

The problem you describe is often caused by the pellets being too old or too small. This prevents them from being pumped up properly by the gear at the bottom of the magazine, which can cause a blockage.
I would ask you to soak new, fresh balls for a minimum of 5 hours and a maximum of 7 hours. It is essential to adhere to these times. Sufficient water must also be used. For 10,000 balls, a minimum of 10 liters of water is required.
After soaking, you only need to drain the balls briefly. After this, they should be stored immediately in an airtight place, such as a plastic bottle. They can be stored in this for up to 3 days.
If this does not solve the problem, you can always contact us at contact@gelweapons.com. We will then offer you further support so that this problem can be resolved.
