Multi color diamond band ring
This was my first ever purchase fron Gem Shopping Network. My entire experience was a good one. My sales rep, Cynthia, was so pleasant and helpful. She told me the sizing of my ring would be 2 to 4 weeks, which I expected. I was so pleasantly surprised that it only took a couple days. I got my ring today and it is lovely!

Everything they do is awesome
Everything they do is awesome. The quality is second to none. This is not for the person looking to buy costume jewelry. This is definite quality. You will NOT FIND BETTER DEALS ANYWHERE. The customer service is amazing as well. I promise if you try them once you will never go anywhere else.

Unsurpassed quality-they only use VS2 diamonds in setting, they only sell all natural unheated stones & I can request an appraisal from AIGL at the time of purchase which costs an additional $20. It notes the natural, untreated stone & VS2 diamonds.
Awesome prices.
They do not sell estate pieces.
I like knowing what I am buying & with GSN, I don't know if stones are untreated nor the color clarity of diamonds. Sending items back & paying for sizing adds to cost of item without adding more value to piece.

Where is my refund?
Where is my refund? If I don't see a credit to the charge below (on my AMEX) by tomorrow (3/9), I will be reporting Gem shopping to the BBB and blacklisting you guys on every public forum including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Your own site and will have my Attorney intervene. I never received the item as I cancelled via your customer service an hour after I looked into the bogus stone.

Listen and be kind
Every sales person should be kind. I had the unhappy experience with a woman who was somewhat nasty after I asked her to ask for free shipping and a lower price. She kept saying, “we don’t do that.” After my questions . Some sales people were nice but this person had such a negative attitude that it ruined what would have been such a fun experience.

This ring is just what I have been looking for, beautiful. If a customer needs to cancel an order, it should be clearly posted how to do that. That a customer needs to call, not send an email. The 10% off should be for all customers, not just new ones. Let customers know this is a one time discount.

Easy ordering and helpful tracking
The online ordering was easy to do and I could on d easily see what I was being credited or charged. Once my purchase finally shipped (I began to worry when a week went by!), I was given FedEx updates so I knew when my purchase would be delivered. Very accurate!
