VCDS cable as described, fast delivery and overall great service

Great service, pricing and delivery, a great company to deal with.

I purchased my basic home engine diagnostic product 9 years ago. My laptop "blew up" big time, requiring a new laptop and re- installation of the Gendan software. Couldn't get it to work---- I know even less about computers than I do about engines! On the phone and Sam was very patient with me as I am a one finger typist and haven't a clue what I'm supposed to do. Eventually he took over my computer (thank goodness for this technology) and speedily sorted the problem and got the software reloaded.
That was in the morning and after lunch I thought I'd better check everything was ok. It wasn't because my new laptop had Windows 11 loaded and couldn't detect an interface-- whatever that is! On the phone again and this time Mike drew the short straw. Again nothing was too much trouble, although he too had to eventually take control of my computer.
Everything is now working perfectly. These guys are a superb advert for Gendan and the customer service is the best. No problem with my inability and lack of knowledge which when you are 80 years old can be quite frustrating to most folks.
Would recommend this firm for quality of product, willingness to upgrade your older equipment ( for free) to keep up with new technology rather than expecting you to purchase new equipment and of course their customer service.

They work closely with the tool developers so give sound advice, NOT just a reseller with no comebacks.

Fantastic customer service, we ordered the multiecuscan kit at lunchtime yesterday (Friday) and by 11am the day after it was installed on a laptop, working and had paid for itself with one job. Great work!

Bought a device, staff very helpful and when an issue arose from micro reader usb device swapped it immediately. Would highly recommend this company.

Great company to deal with, product shipped in record time and extremely well packaged. I especially like the protective blue case the VCDS HEX-V2 cable comes in which is exclusive to Gendan I believe. Best of all though is their hilarious emails they send to keep you updated, makes for amusing reading and probably the only shipping notification email I've ever read in entirety!

Great service from Gendan on my recent purchase of VCDS.
The communications were humorous and informative about product delivery and arrived very quickly. It was straight forward to set up and use on my A6 3.0Tdi and a friends A8 3,0Tdi but will take a bit of time to use it's full potential !

Great Service. I ordered the OBDLink EX EOBD OBD-II USB Diagnostic InterfaceOBDLink EX OBD-II / EOBD Car Diagnostic Interface (USB) Especially to use with Forscan. The OBDlink EX is very well made. No need to flick the switch like you do on other cheaper OBD port readers. Arrived very quickly even in the postal strike. Highly Recommended. Well worth the money. Buy cheap buy twice.

Bought something off this company 12 years ago and came back yesterday for product support; they were extremely helpful, they fully supported my queries on my 12 year old kit without hesitation and everything continues to work fine. You can't get better service!

Great service, arrived next day as per website, had a VDCS system from them in 2007, now got a Foxwell NT680 Pro, and it's great.

Unicarscan UCSI-2100 was working perfect on my bmw r1200rt 2009 thanks for very fast delivery and a very good communication.
