Rachel was nice and supportive, she had to ask questions but I didn't feel pressured or anxious. My only issue was with the booking system, as you could book an appointment for the same day but the st... See more

Extremely helpful
A great experience! I was a little anxious going in but Dr. Charles was informative, compassionate, very good at guiding me through the nuances of the options available to me.
A really positive experience
I recently had a really positive experience with GenderGP and wanted to share it.
From start to finish, everything was clear, thorough, and handled with real care.
After filling in the initial paperwork (there’s a lot and it’s very thorough in a good way) I had an interview with Meg, and she was absolutely brilliant.
Meg made me feel completely at ease and truly seen throughout our conversation. She took the time to explain everything clearly, and followed up with a detailed email covering all the points we discussed, which was so helpful with there being a lot to take in.
I had my wife with me during the call, and Meg made sure to include her in the conversation too, which really helped us both feel supported and comfortable. It genuinely felt like we were in safe hands the entire time.
I’m really grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown, thank you, Meg, and thank you, GenderGP!

Megan
This is down to an individual, not a company. Megan posed her questions in a way that put me at ease quickly, she listened and asked for information in a nonjudgmental way. Her report showed a depth of understanding I have not experienced before.
Queer dance!
James was very friendly and to the point, made everything clear and was interested.
IGS was great 👍
The person facilitating my IGS (Rachel) was lovely. Very supportive and helpful.
absolutely outstanding care
i recently joined gendergp, and had my information gathering session with megan cartwright and she more than helpful with my treatment, very welcoming and was quick to understand my questions and concerns about the medication .
a very comfortable environment
very warm and welcoming, i felt comfortable talking about my experiences and was very informative leaving me the ability to email after if i have anymore questions, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Kind and helpful! Thank you :)
I recently joined Gender GP after a long struggle with my gender identity and they have been nothing but helpful and supportive so far. I had a meeting with Megan Cartwright who helped talk me through possible treatment and talked to me about my journey. She was kind, compassionate and supportive and made me feel at ease and like I had made the correct decision to use Gender GP. This meeting also helped to ensure that I was able to consent to my own treatment which I thought was a really important feature. I highly recommend this service to anyone struggling with their gender identity.

It was a very kind and open conversation. It was great not to have any judgement and Megan was very open ears.
Just seem like a genuinely lovely bunch
Just seem like a genuinely lovely bunch of people that really care about helping others, would definitely recommend to anyone seeking any kind of hormone therapy!
Horrific
Every part of my GenderGP experience has been awful. I am switching to Anne Health so that I can receive good care and talk to genuine humans rather than having my bloods analysed by Ai and talking to money making ******** who don’t give a **** about us. GenderGP should be shut down and I am considering writing to You and Yours to enable this.

It felt good to talk to someone who understands what you need and to get quick professional help and consultation. I hope that this will also work out forward.
