I found this useful in 2021 when doing my undergrad but since then a load features seem to have broken, e.g. text attributions don't seem to work. The abstract doesn't extract anymore either. It's a shame because I may now cancel because it doesn't make it easier to read documents.

This company is a scam. The website itself couldn’t even deliver the bare minimum. But thats not even the worse part, I only used it once and tried to cancel my subscription before the trial, then they tried to charge me for a years worth of subscription. I then proceed to cancel my subscription and delete my account, no message of a subscription fee came up so I assumed it was cancelled and I could move on with life. To my great surprise they then emailed me again charging me a years worth of subscription which is about £299.88 and to hell am I gonna pay that much for a website I only used for 10 minutes. I don’t even want to begin to know how much that would cost in my own currency. Long story short, this website/company is a scam so save your time, money and quality of life for something useful than whatever this trash is.

Exactly as other people have said, cancelled the service during the free trial phase and have found out today I have been charged over AU$100 for the last 3 months for a service I didn't use. Their support team do not reply to emails or messages. BEWARE! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS!

After summerizing an article and seeing their service, I tried to cancel the membership several times, I got charged once, then I decided to delete my account though I got charged again, I looked for their contact support team I surprised there was no way I could ask for any help or support, therefore I strongly advise against using this platform in case you want to stop using it in the future.

Genei was very usefull. I had 3 essays with nearing deadlines. I am person who gets easily distracted and gets lost in research papers at times. In my study of biochemistry and microbiology genei helped me quite a bit, which I did not except at the beginning. It took out the main concepts from text and put it into bullet points. This made it easier to identify the main points of the paper. Although the algorithm it is not 100% for each paragraph it is in the 90+%. What usually takes me hours to read and understand in detail (research papers haha) took a significantly shorter time to complete and understand. Also the ability to edit and make notes basically turned it into my primary service. Before I used google docs and later evernote which is paid but now i just use genei as it has the same features + the algorithm to help summarise. Thank you very much. If i didnt have this help maybe I would not have finished the essays by the deadline on a sufficiently good level.
