Bought new June 10 assembled and ran for 8 min. The mower deck lever on/off jammed. Asked for help from Generatorpower who I bought it off absolutely appalling it's 10 days and no help. Considering it only worked for 8 minutes. Fortunately my son helped me and he removed the foot deck and had to use a hammer to unjam it. It's a real pain as you have to not only the screws holding down the deck but the bloody steering wheel has to be taken off and if you used the pin then you have to knock it out, the mower start handle and the knobs. He started the mower, deck off worked, 3\ times then all things put back then bloody thing would not start. Again absolutely no help from the seller just excuses. You have to remove the bloody knobs from the seat deck to get to the pull start. The handles without the knobs scraped the hell out of the plastic deck.The motor started on pull start, big deal as the mower deck on/off lever keeps on jamming which cuts the engine. Which means jamming the bloody thing and then pull start because the electric start doesn't work. so all the knobs off the foot deck not screwed down just to mow my bloody lawn.
Its a gutless engine and really struggles with grass over 2" in height. Not only that the bloody accelerator reduces as you drive along so your continually having to push it. Service department has been totally hopeless and treated like an idiot.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE
The "Service Department" took over 3 weeks to contact me , this on a brand new machine. I gave clear indication of the faults yet all their " help" was to tell me I had to palletise and wrap up the machine for collection instead of giving some advice as to the possible solutions. It is absolutely ridiculous to expect to immediately send back especially on a new machine, with the then expected delays. Would, seem that the service department has NO CLUE about how the machine works of more importantly why they do not have support from Scheppach if they have problems with the machine.
What I find objectionable is that their website states 24/7 yet the email from their service department clearly states 9 to 5 Mon to Friday. False advertising?
I also contacted scheppach Germany the manufacturers and they could care less. Because I bought from third party they wouldn't help. This I find indicative that they couldn't care less about their products once sold. So once again do not buy.

Overall, my experience with generator-pro was nothing short of abysmal. I would strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this company, as their disregard for quality, service, and customer support is truly appalling. I regret ever engaging with them and hope that others can learn from my unfortunate experience.

In conclusion, I urge consumers to exercise caution when considering Generator pro for their products or services. Based on my personal experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone seeking a reliable and reputable provider.

This company are clowns from start to finish... opened a catering van , got advised what to use and opening day it blew, no apology nothing, contacted them & they said "why not sell it on eBay"
They have not tried to help whatsoever, I have multiple emails, they are awful, £700 generator (they said it would cost up to £250 to fix)
I have all messages.. came with a dent, they said it didn't.
The warranty means absolutely nothing. This has probably been a blessing in disguise, spoke to some really nice company's and had different ideas, they just wanted to take money. I wouldn't
Use this company if i was paid, woeful , unprofessional, not nice people.

Bought a generator off this company it blew the first day on the van!I had a grill on and a Bain Marie!they are telling me I have overloaded it?!i hadn’t overloaded it.they are telling me I won’t get a refund and that they won’t come out and fix it!

The first problem I had with them was the delivery they said 5 days that was a lie it was 18 days.

This company is a disgrace people should not buy from them.

The Hyundai Scarifier I purchased was a great price, with clear communication and prompt delivery.

Hyundai’s sexily-titled HYSC1800E scarifier/aerator - okay, it’s not really a name to set pulses racing - is hardly the most exciting gardening tool.
But…
My 250-sq.yd.lawn badly needed a thorough “comb” to rid it of autumn and winter detritus and, thanks to this machine and 90 minutes’ labour, its appearance has been transformed ready for another typical summer’s punishment.
Most bricks-and-mortar stores and online-only retailers were out of stock when I ordered my HYSC1800E from Austin Luce and Co. Ltd., of Crawley, trading as Generator Pro.
The company was advertising healthy stock levels at a delivery-included price of £125, a full £35 less than B&Q, which had none for sale.
The machine was in my hands within seven days and, as other reviewers have testified, it could not be easier to assemble. Twenty minutes is all it took, even using the almost-unnecessary instruction manual.
No tools are required to put everything together - always a sign of innovative design - and each component appears to be of the highest quality.
There are two interchangeable cartridges, one with stainless-steel spring tines (for scarifying) and the other featuring 20 hardened-steel blades to slice into the soil surface to improve drainage and to allow the grass roots to breathe.
Removing/swapping each cartridge, simply by using the supplied Allen key and lifting a flap, takes a matter of seconds, after which the machine is ready for action.
I didn’t employ the so-called grass box, discovering over the decades with other scarifiers and aerators that it’s much more effective just to collect the bits with a rotary mower, which also cuts the already-shortened turf.
The final job was to apply granular fertiliser in the hope, and expectation, that the wet stuff will return within a couple of days. Failing that, it’ll be unkinking time again for that little-used hose reel and sprinkler attachment.
Generator Pro has an enviable reputation for providing good customer service at exceptional prices.
It, in consultation with courier firms, could improve still further by ensuring that buyers are notified of scheduled delivery times.
I can’t remember the last time that I wasn’t advised when a parcel was due to arrive.
It’s a minor criticism, of course, but I’d hate to think that my new and expensive “toy” had gone walkabouts because I wasn’t around to greet its arrival in God’s Own County.

Great product fantastic price excellent delivery does a brilliant job.

They advertised as in stock an item that they did not have. They should make clear that they are a fulfillment business and stock from Hyundai doesn't come from them. Wouldn't have bought from them if it was clear they had no stock. Still waiting for delivery a week later.
