Order was processed very quickly and was as described and arrived in good condition.

Supplied a solar and inverter kit with two batteries that wont hold charge. After numerous back and forth where they used every excuse they could. I am left with more bills to cover the cost to fix the issue. Their website claims they have a warranty but actually getting them to pay up is impossible. Their approach is that you are the one at fault and it couldn't possibly be them. There are other companies who I have spoken to who supply this type of product who would have fixed this so certainly wont be purchasing items from this company again.

Ordered and fully paid for a mower online, received no email confirmation of order. Sent 3 separate messages to their 24/7 chat support over 3 days and did not receive a single reply. Called phone number listed on website and was told mower was not in stock and even if it was I would have to organise my own courier for delivery. Requested refund which was processed immediately. Disappointed.

The company helped me with how to place the order and with a nice attitude.

A supply problem due to a global shortage beyond the scope of the company, undoubtably caused by Russia's illegal invasion of Ukraine, was also dealt with very professionally and communications were excellent.
