This company ran away with my money

They went bankrupt owing me 12k GBP, anyone know if there is any recourse? This is unbelievable, up until the day they went radio silent, they "assured" me the money is safe and on its way. Can I sue from the UK? They had a UK licence.

Me that now the money has been played no bonus or spins can be added. Total rip off and constant emails.

My winnings happy to take money won’t pay out. I’ve sent numerous emails no reply, can’t get them on phone or live chat as company closed down. Im taking them all the way. It’s shocking and I’m very stressed With this.

They don't keep to what they say at…

They don't keep to what they say at all, made some earning from their online platform and they did't want to release it back to me at all after continuous emails I sent, they wouldn't even reply on time. They wanted to hold on to my earning but got assisted by futuresaidcom and had my earning released to me.
Was happy I didn't allow the pressure get to me because I was already tired of the stress they were putting me through even tho they are regulated in the UK and Malta.
It is totally unacceptable but happy its all said and done now.

SCAMERS - No payment after huge win

Hi had a huge winning on there sister site Casino Gods on 10th Nov of £30,000 I have not got any update since Dec 19th I have raised my case to the casino and to Genesis site as well however nothing has been done. They have no closed there operations and no updates as such. What is happening to my money and why they not responding. Been governed by UK gambling commission and Malta gambling authority does this give no protection to the players?

Spinit casino liked with genesis. £2400 withdrawn 23rd November - 5 weeks ago! Will not process funds. I sent every document requested MULTIPLE times!! Kept telling me to be patient, wait a little longer. Funds will be processed. In the final stages, please be patient. Funds are getting processed. It’s been escalated! It’s been 9 days and I’ve not had a single email have the hundred I’ve sent! I’ve gone to IBAS, askgamblers, trustpilot and many more. They are ignoring eveyeone because they are closing the company in 2 days. How do I get my £2400??

I have been waiting for my withdrawal…

I have been waiting for my withdrawal since Oct 27. I attempted to withdraw twice before they banned me, closed my account and confiscated my winnings! I have since written reviews on various sites attempting to get a proper response in addition to contacting their customer service. Customer service no longer responds to my emails and I will continue to spread word until a resolution is made. I encourage others with grievances to do the same!

Deposited for couple months everything was good, then few days ago go to withdraw and have been put on some responsible thing couldn’t withdraw, asked live chat no action taken, then they close my account with any notice or communication. Withdrawal

I won some money and have requested withdrawals on 23rd November. They are still pending and every time I contact them, they say they don’t have a timeframe to give me.
I have withdrew money from them before and never had any issues. Considering they say process time is up to 72 hours and now it’s been over 2 weeks is not acceptable!
It has now been nearly 4 weeks and still no update. Constantly being told I will receive an update ‘very soon’ 4 weeks later and nothing!

Nightmare experience

I'm writing this review after i tired of writing mails and mails to them. I won some money, when I went for withdrawal they asked for documents for proof of fund, identity and address... I've submitted whatever they asked by mail and their website both. But again and again they were telling that they are missing something in my documents... And again I ve submitted my passport copy, driving licence, bank statement too. Yet it takes time more than processing US visa... I've been using other websites such as lottoland.asia, casinodays etc... They were faaaaaar betttttterrrr than this people. Such a nightmare experience for me ( will update here anything gets better)

Have they stolen my money?

Poor communication regarding funds I withdraw on 22nd November after trying to do a bank transfer due to them stating Natwest cardholders shouldn't transfer to cards (which I then got a message saying it must be the same way I deposited the money).

It now seems to be in process but it's been 2 weeks and nothing. No confirmation of refund, not replying to emails, and now I've seen they are stopping operating in the UK!

I wonder if they are just closing it down and taking my money, and everyone else's? 🤔

UPDATE.

It is now 5th January and they still aren't releasing the funds despite me needing to prove that nothing came into my bank account (delay tactics).

Unfortunately I've had to report then to the gambling commission and go through the lengthy process.

Definitely look at a more reputable company before giving your money to these crooks!

Do not put money on this site they didn’t credit my account the funds and on top of that they do not respond to emails. This is the most corrupt site I have ever played in total scam stay away from this site if you don’t want to have your money stolen.

Terrible Customer service

Terrible Customer service.
I registered made a deposit ans can't play any games.
It gives me a msg I am out of Thier area.
I spoke to a Customer service agent nothing was resolved I then spoke to a Team leader who said he would speak to another person and get it resolved.
6 hours later still nothing .
They took my money with no issues but playing it is not an option.
This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
They don't care they got my money .That's all they wanted.

absolute joke of a casino, block you from your bonus funds and winnings with no good reason

they are leaving the uk market but if they are still available in your country do NOT use them unless you want to be completely messed around and your money stolen from you

I would just like to edit my review now genesis have replied.
Locking a customer out of a bonus that prevents them from playing and then the bonus expiring is absolutely dodgy tactics, whether its in the 'terms and conditions' or not. You have no ground to lock my account which is fully verified. You just didn't want to pay out on any winnings
