This was the great experience ever, by any company: I have had a technical question handled and a spare part located and proposed and bought on the same day. Followed by a despatch of the spare part the following morning. Absolutely superb service!

I was having trouble getting an HP graphics adapter and luckily I saw one at Genius Parts. I hadn't used this company before but I had a great experience. The item was delivered quickly and I'll definitely use them again when I'm looking for hard to find parts.

I was having massive problems sourcing a touchpad module from every other retailer until I contacted GeniusParts. Within a day from emailing them, they had sourced the part and began the shipping process.

I had tried to find the part I ordered all over the Internet, and even when the company had no stock they back ordered the part from HP and kept me well informed about the part shipment and availability. This is the second time I have used Genius Parts for difficult to find HP parts and both times I have been able to purchase what I required. I would certainly recommend them as an excellent supplier.

I was looking for a card reader for an HP desktop. HP's own site was useless - couldn't even tell me the part number, let alone provide it. I eventually found the part number, but it turned out to be rarer than hens' teeth. Finally I found it at Genius Parts, who supplied it promptly, at a fair price and well packed. Highly recommended - I shall no doubt be using them again.

I orderd from Germany. The part came, it was new and it worked perfectly. It was a spare touchpad wich was very rare to find - and so I was happy to get it in this shop! I took a while to get hands on it, but it was trackable and so i'm satisfied with the delivery, too! Thanks and greetings from Germany!

I had an awful experience with this company in every way possible.

I needed a new battery for my Acer laptop, so a store that was partnered with Acer and apparently sells brand new, OEM parts seemed like the best place to go. Oh boy was I ever wrong. The first battery they sent me already had 88 charge cycles and only about 75% of the capacity of a brand new battery so I requested a replacement. The replacement battery came in and managed to be even worse, it had fewer charge cycles (still too many for a new battery) but the capacity was only about 65% of what it should have been, so this time around I asked for my money back.

I sent the battery back and then the hassle of getting my refund started. First I had to remind them that my return had arrived a few days ago so they could process my refund, then they only refunded me £4 for shipping instead of the full cost of the order. Had to email them again to finally get my money back.

All in all, I spent over a month dealing with this and all I got was my time wasted. I highly recommend you don’t order from this company, especially if you need a battery. Or if you do, run a battery health check immediately after installing to make sure they sent you a good one.
