I searched for the model number for my refrigerator on this company's website. I then order 2 replacement crisper drawers. The drawers arrived and did not fit. I called the company and asked if i could exchange the drawers for another size. I was told I had to pay for return shipping. The post office quoted $66 per box. I reached out to the company to ask if they could provide a shipping label. They asked for multiple photos of the boxes inside and out. After adding more packing to meet their standards, I was told they would not take the drawers back because I wrote on the box. I offered to buy new boxes and was told that was not acceptable. I will never purchase from this company again. All I wanted was the correct parts to be sent based on the model number I entered into their website. Now I am stuck with 2 drawers I cannot use and I am out the money to boot.

I did a search for a new board for my malfunctioning washer on the GeniuneParts.com site. Seems straightforward however after paying for expedited delivery and installation it did not work correctly. Upon asking for a return I am told that, I purchased the wrong part. I installed it and therefore it is used and cannot return it. So I’m out over $200 dollars and they claim no responsibility even though I search it as a match on their site. Buyer beware! I sure won’t do business with them and hope no one else does.

I ordered a lower rack for my LG dishwasher and it arrived very quickly but with a badly bent wheel. Contacted customer support, sent a few photos and they had a no-charge replacement ordered the same day. Replacement arrived in good condition in just 2 days.
