Genix - Bridlington Dental Studio - NHS
The reception staff were bright, welcoming and friendly. I registered my details on an ipad, and was seen for my appointment with Dr. Siddiq Yousufi almost immediately after filling in the form. Both Dr. Siddiq and his assistant were friendly and Dr. Siddiq put me at ease and was very professional. I can't thank Genix enough for taking me on as an NHS patient. It has eased my mind. The main reason I only gave 3 stars was because of the 30 minute wait for my appointment.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes.

Had a bridge removed and two teeth extracted and everything went so smoothly and after previous experiences it was an easy appointment. Everything was explained clearly, and my future options were made clear as well.

I had an emergency appointment as a filling had come out, I was going on holiday within 4 day's of ringing the Dentists, they fitted me in the very next day and the Dentist replaced my broken filling. I couldn't be more grateful for the speedy help that ai recieved.

I’m a nervous patient for tooth extraction
I’m a nervous patient and found my tooth extraction uncomfortable but not painful. Trying to insert a new denture was more difficult as this wasn’t a straightforward thing with lots of putting in and taking out, and trying to force it in to fit. Still not sure it’s right fit for me and sharp bits nip my tongue. Maybe plastic gum part is a bit thick and long as it is making me gag. I had to remove it as was so painful whilst in my mouth

Very Happy new NHS patient
Accepted as a new NHS patient. My dentist repaired my tooth with a filling during the first checkout. I always have an anaesthetic injection. He said I could but it wasn't needed. So I agreed. Procedure was virtually painless and quick. I had expected to have to make another appointment. I was out in 20minutes. Eating within 2hrs. Very skilled and professional. Really happy.
