I never got this. I never got my money back either. 11-17-21

I never received my order after I paid for it and communicated with the team over Instagram advising it would arrive before Christmas.
Requested for a refund and no reply.

To all the people who are planning to buy from GENOWATCH, know that it is a pure scam. Do not believe for a second what they tell you. If you want to offer money to Genowatch, good luck.

my order was never delivered, I lost my money because apparently it is a scam, I have been waiting a month for my order to arrive

Here is more than a month and a half, I am waiting for my order, difficult to make a customer return.
I can't appreciate a product that I haven't seen yet

I haven’t received my Watch as of yet but I’m super excited to start using it once it arrives!

Watch never work even charge. I tried contacting the company many times about a refund. No answer. Don’t buy this it’s a scam. Please very careful.

Brought this watch after the company reached out to me on Instagram. It took 7 days to get delivered to my home address; and when opened, there was already a crack on the screen.
The voucher code they gave me for 100% off never worked, so had to ask for a new code.
I’ve not advertised it on social media, as I had trouble pairing the watch to my phone, and struggled to find the home menu on the watch.
The manual isn’t of any help either. I tried calling, emailing and messaging them on Instagram, but they aren’t bothered to fix the problem.
Awful company. If you want a smart watch, save your hard-earned money to invest in a wilful smart watch or an Apple Watch.

This company is a SCAM. Do not buy from them. They sent to me a watch that did not work. I emailed them and they said they would escalate the issue to the relevant team. When I tried to follow up with another email, I received a delivery notification failure. Apparently, their email address no longer works. They took my money, sent a watch that did not work, and then refused to fix the problem.

I looked into this company. They previously opened an athletic clothing company called Gymerea. It has a similar logo to Genowatch (so creative, right?), and its IG/Facebook pages have comments from people who didn’t receive what they ordered. Guess that scam/fraud ran out and now they’re watch entrepreneurs while moonlighting as “models” in Bali. So unethical and unscrupulous.

This seems like a group of foreigners in Indonesia calling themselves “entrepreneurs” who own “online businesses” but who are committing fraud because they are based in a country with lax rules and few consumer protection laws.

Very practical and useful. Has so much to do and is easy to set up. Looks exactly like an apple watch!

Very helpful in answering any questions about the item, costs and order tracking! Can’t wait to receive the package!!

The physical watch feels flimsy / cheap; the toggle feels loose; and it's challenging to use.

I was supposed to be an ambassador and help promote the company, I even went as far as getting one for myself and still have yet to receive the genowatch. Very unprofessional company.
