Interesting information and a helpful nutritionist-great combo

This was a quick and easy test based on my 23&me dataset. Frankie lead an excellent call. I'll need to dig into the report to better understand key food selections (e.g. no olive oil or blueberries). I also found out that my body is slow at processing caffeine. I'm not sure whether this is consistent with the fact that I don't get the boost most people seem to get from that morning cup of joe.

Frankie was a great help in understanding my Genopalate results. There is a lot of great information in them and it's fun to see and learn about which foods are genetically best for you! The review session was awesome!

I decided to try this thinking this was linked to 23andme. Later found it was not and notified 23andme to not release my DNA information.
I paid over $52 and got nothing in return. I am requesting a refund due to this.
I think this is a scam just to get your DNA and your money. Somebody needs to do a good investigation of them as they are now getting everybody's DNA which should not be released to anyone. I am going to contact the investigative reporters and get them exposed.
I was relieved when I got in touch with 23andme and they assured me that my DNA would not be released.

I got my DNA test from a third-party. For $40 GenoPalate offers to analyze third-party results and provide new insights on dietary recommendations. I paid and then got instructions to download third-party data and send it to them, which I was not expecting. I couldn't download the data from the third-party and asked GenoPalate for a refund; I never heard from them again. The credit card company is disputing the charges.

I got an email from trust pilot quote "genopalate.com has flagged your review because they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience. To keep your review online, we need to ask for your help" unquote

I got my money reimbursed, but the experience was genuine. The paperwork asked to support my claim was sent to the credit card company. Please consult them

I ordered the test. The first step was to attend the orientation training to better understand my results. I was very disappointed in this training. No one seemed to be monitoring participant muting and facilitator talked SOOOO fast that many did not hear her directive to mute. People coughing, animals, kids, lots of background noise. I think teacher needs to slow down. She seemed like she was in SUCH a hurry that it really didn't matter if we were there or not. But, I will say that GenoPalate was quick to ask me to review their product. I gave them the feedback you just read and their response, as you can see, has nothing to do with my remarks. Frustrating......I'm still going to try to do my best to enjoy the product.

I love showing off my GenoPalate app to my friends and family because it's so interesting. Finding out if I was sensitive to alcohol and caffeine was probably one of the coolest things I have done all year.

I find the Geno palate system to be extremely confusing! And my most recent experience has been by far the most confusing. I can join the Facebook group, download the mobile app, use my fitness pal and still not comprehend my caloric needs per each day. I am sure there is a huge learning curve, I just feel that I am in the basin of this journey instead of on the mountain too!

I am unique! So the one size fits all approach to nutrition did not make sense in my life. When GenoPalate came to my attention, I liked the idea that I could learn which foods were best for me. After years of researching on my own and not really finding answers, I decided to take my DNA results and have them analyzed. It was so easy. I now know which foods are best for me. Many of my friends are equally concerned about their health and confused about what is best for them, I highly recommend GenoPalate to them to find answers.

General software-generated report for 40$ not worth it. I feel like I have not gained any new valuable information. Not a personal report very generalized. Don't buy!

I was a bit hesitant to get a test about my body but I’m so glad I did! It confirmed a lot of things I suspected like a gluten and lactose sensitivity. It helped me choose the type of foods that are best for my body, the foods I should be avoiding, etc. It has been very helpful and when I follow the suggestions, I can see the difference in how I feel right away. The future is here if you are willing to find your truth. Thank you for making it available and affordable to everyone

According to my feedback I need a high starch diet, which I had not eaten before. I had even tried the keto diet. I can't say how happy I was to find out, and I have since eaten a lot more starch, and felt great. I used to weigh over 100 pounds and now weigh 95. I can warmly recommend this approach.
I also do the vitamin program. So nice to know what my body really needs.

Prior to having GenoPalate analyze my DNA, I was tired all the time, feeling bloated and terrible stomach aches. Not to mention the excessive weight gain. I get my results, learned to eat the foods my body needs and turned my life around. I have lost a total of 36 pounds and the weight is still coming off. Without testing like this available I doubt that I would have discovered my gluten sensitivity. This test was worth every penny!

Most of the session was showing what was on the web site. The best guidance I got was when you showed how to tailor the food list with lifestyle preferences. I think a typical day's action employing ideas like "what to have for breakfast?", would be good. Like go thru a course with three dishes. Show each dish and reference the whys and what-fors of each dish. People watching might not agree with something but at least the areas of concern are employed not just shown with 'this is this' and 'that is that'.
