The parcel arrived promptly. It was an encouragingly large box which refused to rattle when gently shaken - always a good sign. From the painstakingly researched history of how and where my lovely Coalport plate was created to the beautifully-composed high-resolution photographs on the website to the speed with which my plate was shipped and delivered, everything was perfect.
