The seal was damaged so returned at my own cost. Recieved refund once they had it back to check. Genuine company, good correspondence.

Reply from Genuine Motors UK Ltd
Dear Mr. Willis,
We’re sorry to hear that the seal didn’t fit your VW T5 as expected. Our door seals are designed to closely match the genuine product and generally achieve almost 100% customer satisfaction. It’s possible that the item purchased was not the correct type for your specific T5 model — for example, campervan or bus versions often require a different profile.
If you could please contact us directly with your vehicle details, we’ll be happy to help identify the right seal or offer a suitable solution.
Kind regards,

Brilliant company
I bought some new door seals for my Mercedes Vario 814 (I bought Mercedes Sprinter MK1 from them because they're the same) and when I went to fit them they were too short. Website said 5.6 meters but they were 4.5, I knew it was a risk ordering the wrong vehicle but you can't get Vario seals anymore so thought I'd take a chance.
Tried calling customer service but was unable to get through so I used the web chat, I got a reply (human!) within the hour. I have to say I've not experienced customer service that good in decades, no arguing just super helpful and dispatched longer seals for me the next day and free return labels as well. They didn't have to do that as I had actually ordered a wrong part in theory, they just wanted to keep a customer happy.
Excellent quality product as well.
This is one very happy customer!

This is a brilliant company to deal with. I was dubious to start with, but there was no need to worry, easy to use website with helpful information. The dispatch time was so fast and my item was as advertised. I've only just fitted the door weatherstrip to my son's car and it fitted perfectly. I will definitely use this company in the future. Many thanks...
