ordered a boot seal, it was wrong. they tried to say it was correct when it wasnt.
after service terrible, cannot contact them easily, was told to send it back. did that, havent had a refund and have also been ignored when trying to resolve issue.

A return was discussed, and as standard procedure we requested a tracking number so we could confirm the item was sent back. Unfortunately, we never received a tracking number, and the item has not been returned to us, so a refund could not be processed.

Perfect For My Merc W369 Vito Tailgate
Its easy to be scepticle for non OEM Parts however as they stated not the cheapest but with metal reinforcement that mimicked the original I removed.
Having cleaned up the rear door, a little WD-40. Silicone spray and a no russ attitude this resulted in a most satisfactory fit and as good as any OEM part.
Very pleased with what is my 2nd purchase here and not the last, fast delivery well packed.
