Fast delivery, complete correct order
Contacts are comfortable. Been using the Geo tricolour lenses for a while now. Enjoy the colours and like that it makes my iris a little bigger to fill out the whites of my eyes.

Package lost in Germany for awhile but arrived in time!
After I paid extra for postage to ensure my package arrives between 10-28 days, the package arrived in my home country of USA after 18 days in transit, then was mistakenly processed out to Germany where it has been sitting for the past 3 days without process nor transit updates.
I've made multiple attempts to contact the delivery service, always reaching a prerecorded message claiming a company meeting.
(Also, when I relay my tracking number to the automated service it's responding that the tracking number that I was given is invalid.)
In 14 days the package will be delayed from the price that I paid and I will be requesting and expecting a postage refund.
I'm still hoping that my package is found in Germany and processed BACK to the United states where it can find it's way successfully to my post box.
*I have been ordering contacts from this company for nearly 10 years and have NEVER experienced an issue before now.
*UPDATE*
After having reviewed my issue, I was immediately contacted by the company, Geo Coloured Lenses, who assured me that they had looked into my order and found the package in Germany. They promptly contacted Germany and corrected the issue. My package was delivered 48hrs later!
I have corrected my rating to reflect this update.
