Bought our turned leg pool table back in February but our garden cabin was delayed in being finished. The people at Geordie Pool were really helpful and flexible with the delivery date and kept it until the cabin was ready. Communication was superb throughout and we were given a delivery time from the lads the day before. On delivery the service was excellent and the on site assembly was done by experts who gave us great advice on looking after our table. The table itself looks stunning in the room and plays brilliantly. Only negative is the battle getting the kids off the table so I can get a game.

I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience after purchasing a pool table from this company. Unfortunately, I have to say that the after-sales service has been quite disappointing.

When my table arrived a few weeks ago, it was set up correctly, and I was informed that an exchange would happen later for the correct order. I thought that sounded fair, so I waited. After two weeks, I reached out to find out what was happening. I was promised that someone would get back to me to resolve the issue, but no one ever did.

I decided to send an email expressing my frustration, hoping to get some clarity. But again, no one responded. I made two more phone calls, and still, I was met with the same promises of getting things sorted, but no follow-up came. Now, I’m stuck with a pool table that’s not what I ordered.

It’s really disheartening, especially considering how much these tables cost. You’d expect better attention to customer satisfaction. I wish this review could be more positive, but I can only reflect the reality of my experience. I’m left feeling disappointed and quite let down.

I reached out for help regarding an issue, Louise, it feels like communication could have been a lot better.

I have all the text messages from you and another colleague, so I know you have my details and case. Yet, despite the back-and-forth, it seemed like you didn’t have a grasp on who I was when I needed help. It's disheartening to feel disrespected when I know they have the information.

It would have gone a long way if someone had taken the time to reply before I felt the need to write this review. I want to believe in good customer service, but in this case, the lack of prompt support really stood out. Hopefully, you will improve their communication moving forward.

Delivery was swift and the table is fantastic more than we could have hoped for!

Great communication from the start, giving delivery date. The delivery team were brilliant very polite, I opted for install and they done a great job, prompt and all level. Definitely recommend.

Quick and easy to install and service was great. Took less than a hour which was expecting longer and the table was built as expected.

Had a lovely experience with geordie pool, Genuinely nice buisness, was honest with the delivery timescale as I wanted to wait for the turned legs , ordered rather close to Christmas,but still had delivery before Christmas. Delivery and installation was quick no issues and no issues afterwards.

Excellent service by Geordie Pool. We had been considering pool table for some time but was apprehensive due to size of room. We discussed all our concerns with Louise and she reassured us instantly. Even after our initial conversation we still had further questions which she was happy to help with.

The pool table was also a Xmas present for our kids. When I asked about delivery dates, Geordie pool said they could accommodate our requests and pool table was delivered on 23rd December. The delivery and installation service was also fantastic. We got notified few days before with time slot and delivery guys turned up on time. Installation took less than one hour and everything met our expectations.

Unfortunately the kids had a little accident and spilt a drink on the pool table. I spoke to Geordie pool about this and they were very approachable and gave us lots of recommendations on how to deal with this.

Overall a fantastic service provided by Geordie pool and would highly recommend using them. Special mention to Louise for helping us and putting our minds at ease 👍

I ordered the 10ft snooker table. I am incredibly happy with the outcome. It was delivered up to Aberdeen, and the fitters did an excellent job at installing despite a fair slope in the floor. I would definitely recommend if anyone is considering it!

Awesome experience from start to finish. The team was easy to work with, communication was great, and everything went smoothly. The pool table is excellent quality and looks amazing. Couldn’t be happier—highly recommend!

From ordering the table to recieving it, Louise was very helpful and friendly, she told me everything i needed to know.Also the 2 drivers who delivered table was excellent.They assembled the table and leveled it and showed me how to mantain it.Overall i am so pleased with everything thanks again Geordie pool

Was looking for a pool table and all I could find was either very expensive designer tables or pub style tables

Came across Geordie Pool and they offer a range of square contemporary tables in lots of finishes for both surrounds and cloths

We ordered a square leg, matt black, gold cloth table and it looks phenomenal and was exceptional value for money

Louise was really helpful, sent various cloth samples and ensured a rapid turnaround in time for Christmas

Roy the delivery driver was also very helpful, he bumped the queue on the day of delivery as I needed to go out, mega service

The lads set it up, protection on the floor, took all packaging away and gave me a full rundown of how to best look after the table

Since it’s been installed myself, my wife and 3 kids have played countless games and it’s very much a valued addition to our home and family life

All in all I cannot recommend Geordie Pool high enough, fantastic service, quality and value

Cannot fault our experience with these guys. Really knowledgeable, helpful, and proactive. They fitted our delivery in pre xmas with tight timescales. Delivery drivers kept us up to date, were in and out quickly and polite with no mess left behind. Our selected balls were out of stock so we were upgraded to a higher quality product for free without us needing to ask. Great experience all round.

Excellent service from start to finish. Im sure you can do it all on line but I like to looking the eyes of someone I'm about to give nearly £1700 to. The place looks quite industrial when you arrive but dont let that put you off. I was met by a lovely lady who showed us what was what. Agreed a price, Agreed a delivery date and sure enough, the table arrived bang on time and was installed by two absolute craftsmen. Table looks just as good as i hoped. Love it.

We are very pleased with our pool table. The whole experience from choosing what we wanted, paying for it, organising delivery and the delivery itself was great. The table was put together with ease and there was no mess or rubbish left. And the explanation of how to look after it was thorough....all my many questions were answered! I would definitely recommend Geordie Pool!
