We are located in Worksop, the heart of Nottinghamshire, and have been crafting snooker cues and pool cues, along with our aluminum cue cases, for over 45 years. Each cue is tailored to the specific needs of our customers. In addition to our manufacturing, we have a shop within the factory where customers can test cues on our pool and snooker tables. We also provide a cue maintenance service, including new ferrules, re-tips, shortening, and refinishing. Most services are available Monday to Friday and can often be completed while you wait.

Ordered on Friday the 8th and it…
Ordered on Friday the 8th and it arrived by Monday the 11th. Dale responded to all my queries whenever needed. Excellent service—third time using this company!
I am posting this review with regret
I am posting this review with regret. I recently sent off a cue to have a titanium ferrule fitted. The cue went in with a 9.5mm ferrule and tip and the cue came back with a 9.25mm ferrule and 8.7mm tip . At no point was it discussed with me that the ferrule would be smaller. When I sent the cue in I put a note on the cue delivery to say the ferrule and tip size was 9.5mm and that if the cue is cut down to take the ferrule I could go up to 9.75mm, not 9.25mm.
I have been offered another ferrule replacement ferrule but that will leave the cue shorter in length severely effecting the balance point of the cue.
I am now in a position that I will have to try and sell off the cue at a loss and had to purchase a new cue at £500
I am still in discussions with Cuecraft to see if all this can be sorted out but I have to say I am very dissappointed.
Excellent customer service Kerry…

I recently had a hybrid snooker cue…
I recently had a hybrid snooker cue custom made by Cue Craft, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result.
From the very first conversation to the final delivery, the team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted from the cue and were always happy to answer questions or offer advice throughout the process.
The finished cue is absolutely outstanding. The weight and balance are impeccable, and the moment I started playing with it I could tell it had been crafted with real care and precision. It feels perfectly natural in the hand and plays like a dream—smooth, controlled, and incredibly responsive on the cue ball.
What impressed me most was not only the craftsmanship, but also the level of customer service. They genuinely care about getting everything right for the player, and that level of attention makes a huge difference when you're ordering something as personal as a cue.
If you’re considering a custom snooker cue, I would highly recommend Cue Craft. Fantastic craftsmanship, superb balance and playability, and a team that truly goes the extra mile for their customers.

Excellent sales support
I ordered an entry level cue from Cue Craft and it was a great experience in itself. The support team (special thanks to Kerry!) was so patient and knowledgeable that they answered all of my many questions promptly. They facilitated the process in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. I haven’t received the cue yet, but I’m really looking forward to its timely arrival!
Splicing awful not level look cheap

Fantastic Company!
I recently sent 2 cues into Cue Craft for repairs, 1 Cue Craft & 1 different make.
The non Cue Craft cue needed a complete re-taper from 10mm down to 9.3mm.
Not only did they make an incredible job of the re-taper, but they turned it round inside a week! Amazing service! Cue looks brand new! They also fitted a brand new titanium ferrule to my Cue Craft Cue, with the same fantastic result! I could not recommend them any higher, they are the real deal!
Cue Alteration
Did some Alterations on my Cue, Absolute 10/10 I will be coming again, Kind and helpful support.
Cue Craft repair service
I sent my Dean Jones cue to Cue Craft for a service and renew ferrule and tip. The cost from Royal Mail to get it to them was nearly £30. I week later the cue was returned looking and feeling great and the cost was only £64.50. Brilliant. 5 stars from me.
I'll let you know what the cue is like…
I'll let you know what the cue is like if it ever arrives or they actually tell me a delivery date. Waiting a long time now and no idea when i'm getting the cue.
Phone lines constantly engaged
Very poor communication
Cue Craft Baron
My Baron arrived within specified timeframe given. Well made cue and expertly crafted to my specifications. Option of a stainless steel joint really does make the cue look great paired with a Ti ferrule. Wanted a cue since I was a Jr in 2000. Glad they are still making cues in the UK and I’m happy to support them. Barry Starks vid on YouTube is a great insight into the factory if you made an updated vid I’m sure it would be beneficial to customers like me and future to actually see how well they are made.
Does what it says on the cue really.
Thanks
Mark
I had a bespoke cue made for me…
I had a bespoke cue made for me measuring 60in long with the best bits from my other cues incorporated wow I love the cue and it turned up after 8 weeks instead of 10/12 brilliant quality and service
Bend cue
Order #2094 -After waiting three long months for my custom snooker cue from Cue Craft, I expected precision craftsmanship worthy of the premium price I paid. Instead, what arrived is a shockingly poor quality product that is utterly unfit for purpose.
The cue is not straight when rolled, it wobbles excessively, proving it was poorly constructed.
I returned the cue
I do not want the same wood to be repaired
- There were fundamental construction issues from the start
Because I'm completely disappointed in the snooker cue they made for me
Cue Craft had months to deliver a quality product, yet they failed miserably. This cue is unplayable for serious snooker actually it's look like banana it is so bend
Worth the wait.
While it took slightly longer than their own website says to make and arrive: The cue itself is exactly to the specifications that I requested. It is clearly well made and feels like a quality product.
My 8 Ball cue arrived!
My 8 Ball cue arrived took 5 weeks to make. (Cue Craft P8P1)
Brilliant value for money!
Very pleased with it and now a few of my pool team mates want one.
Now got a matching pair of cue craft cues!
Playing cue and break cue..
Highly recommend them!
HUGE KINK in cue!!!
I waited three months for a custom cue, It arrived with a HUGE KINK and made a horrible clicking sound when hitting the cue ball, then after a few hours of playing, the tip just fell off. I went through the hassle of sending the cue back and spoke with the company's director NIEL SANDFORD, who completely denied there was a kink and told me I should have just gone somewhere local to fit a new tip. I eventually got a refund for the cue, but NIEL the company’s director is the most arrogant, aggressive, and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with, and most of the people in the office who answer the phones are extremely unhelpful and know absolutely nothing about snooker cues. I have spoken to a couple of other companies since dealing with cue craft, and they both mentioned horror stories they have heard over the years. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
POOR QUALITY! AVOID
Terrible quality and rude staff. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Fantastic piece of craftsmanship. Excellent cue.
Order #22881 - quoted 10-12 weeks for a cue due to them being busy it took 12 weeks. It was fully worth the wait!! Probably one of the nicest cues I’ve ever seen and felt. They also were very kind to change a measurement for me mid order. I would recommend cue craft as their products and materials are some of the finest around. Thank you cue craft!!!!!!
Lovely cue plays really nicely
Lovely cue plays really nicely, but that said the finish is a little less than I expected. Some rough grain down the length of the shaft and the butt finish is not high quality. It's those little things that put you apart and above the rest.
