Cue and case was well worth the money100% happy with it. Only thing that annoyed me was I bought a cue off the shelf and it took 33 days to get. Woods cues was there for any questions I had on why it was taken so long. But overall I'm happy with my purchase

Made an order from woods cues on 21st of November.
The order was processed and dispatched by 24th of Nov.
Cue was in Germany by 4th of December and has not moved since .
Its been stuck in kesselsorf with 1 month and no movement .
Dpd had stated they cannot locate my cue .
Woods cues has said they will send another
I'll update my review when I get the cue , if ever .
I've recieved an email from dpd saying they are waiting for package to handed to them so hopefully now another cue is on way .
Will give full review when recieved .

Finally got the cue 2 months after ordering .
Case is very sturdy and good quality .

Cue needs to be sanded as it has this wax like coating that keeps creating little bits that you can feel on the cue .

After sanding and applying linseed oil it seems ok now and plays great .

Tip needs to be changed as it very poor quality .

Extensions seem okay and of good quality will see how they perform.

spent over £500 in store on a cue I didn't rally want. Went away and 5 weeks later, just cannot get on with it. Emailed the store for help/support hoping for a decent level of customer service, exchange, help etc. as you would expect for spending £500 a few weeks before. I was told sell it privately! I`m a great believer you only really know good service when theirs an issue, when you need help and a solution. not a business that takes your money and then washes their hands with any support a customer should deserve. very short sighted.

Once the items arrived they were reasonable quality, though the finish on the ebony extension butt was a bit on the rough side.
I was not happy with the delivery service however which took nearly two weeks with poor tracking information. I also doubt that the items are U.K made, probably China, which is fine if delivered promptly or expectations set at the time of purchase. If delivery was better I would give 4 stars

I can't recommend woods enough, a custom cue with all specs laid out was made to perfection, I cannot fault the service and craftsmanship that this company has too offer. I might be a first time customer, but I will be returning in the future for a break cue, and probably alot more.

My cue made by Woods isn't just loved by me, but is admired by my pool league in the west country of the UK.

0 regrets, great contact, excellent delivery and packaging, if your looking for a premium cue at a very good price, look no further than woods.

Excellent Custom Made *** Maple Cue. I ordered a *** cue and it was delivered to the UK within the time scale that was specified. It was exactly as I required. The cue maker has done a fantastic job.

DO NOT USE WOODS CUES.

I have bought plenty of smaller items from woods the past few years.
Needed some extensions for a new cue so bought 4 at considerable cost!
All 4 start to break within a couple of weeks use!
The brass used is clearly faulty and inferior to what is needed as the thread is bending and snapping off in normal use.
Woods have been supplied pictures and videos of the faulty items with damage and yet they refuse to replace them.
Despite them guaranteeing the products quality they have only offered to send 1 replacement for 4 faulty items.

I have been arguing with them to rectify this for over a month now.

They take no responsibility for faulty or damaged items and refuse to replace or refund you despite constantly saying they guarantee their products!

I will no longer use woods cues as i have no trust left in the company or their products and would rather spend double importing stuff from the UK from reputable companies that honor their guarantees!

I’ve ordered a cue combo with case and extensions from India. They just shipped the same as shown in picture with same configurations 👍🏻
They gave me so many choices and i just fallen in love with their products.
Shipping is just at lightning speed by them thru DHL.
Packing was top notch.
They are very friendly and responsive
Products doesn’t looks like made in china.. quality is like from Thai 🫰🏻

Woods cue made me a custom snooker cue and the quality is amazing. Hung from customer service is amazing!

I placed the order on a Tuesday, and had the cue in my hand on Friday – in Sweden(!). 1 piece, 3 star snooker cue, 58", 17.8 oz. The cue looks and feels amazing! Bang for the buck is extraordinary, and the service has been excellent from start to finish! Hats off for Woods Cues!

DON’T USE!! They don’t send orders out, they ignore you customer service is shocking!! And there items are rubbish!! Like TEMU AND WISH!!

I am working with woods cues for about 7 years for me personally and for my customers.. Never had a problem.. They are very responsive in messages and ready any time to resolve any problems you may have.. Their cues are hight quality.. Highly recommend..

My 3rd order, now for 1 piece snooker cue, 57 inch, 17.5 oz with mini butt, extension, leather case with additional altered service to replace the brass ferrule to titanium. Woods cue also gave me bonus, 4 extra tips and joint protector. All packaged very well and safe with double cardboard boxes, extra bubblewrap. Very well received and very satisfied.

Bought some ebony splices to repair my cue couldn't find them in the UK so bought from these guys in the US with free postage no problem with woods cues themselves but would have preferred an option to pay for a different courier since Hermes/evri just left my order on my doorstep in a high crime area luckily by neighbours took it in before it was stolen but still woods cues brilliant got what I wanted and got it quick so still five stars

I ordered a 1 piece cue case but was sent the completely wrong one. On top of that, the case arrived with a faulty latch. While delivery was quick and the case itself wasn’t awful in terms of build quality, it wasn’t what I paid for and it was defective.

Despite clearly stating in multiple emails that I wanted a refund and not a replacement, the seller refused to accept a return unless I destroyed the item and sent them video evidence. I even offered to return it if they could arrange collection, but they insisted on this unreasonable condition instead.

I eventually raised a dispute through PayPal and after providing further evidence, the case was found in my favour and I received a full refund.

I wouldn’t order from this seller again. The product was incorrect, it was faulty, and their refund process was completely unreasonable.
