They had a product I had been looking for at the offer and price I wanted. Their ratings were excellent and looked trustworthy. Their website encouraged confidence. Delivery was a bit slow but when I emailed I had a prompt reply. The product arrived the next day. Its a UK company and they sell quality products.

they don't have a phone contact. we can't buy from them just in case something goes wrong.
and to get advice prior to purchase you need to contact more established dealers with contact phone numbers.

I wanted to buy a Hayter Harrier 41 VS 60V Bare Unit which they had for sale on ebay.I got in touch with them via email and told them my problem was that i am a pensioner and i live along way off the shop and do not travel far these days.So i asked them if it was possible to send it to me by courier and i would pay for delivery.I got a email back saying they would get back to me once they had found out the cost.They never got back to me which i find very disappointing.
The way i look at it is if they are not prepared to make any effort when you want to buy something from then they surely will not help you if you have a problem with something you have purchased from them.If you need any equipment look for somebody more reliable.( Check the negative reviews before buying.)
