I would never ever order from them again! Tried to return an order which I had ordered from them and paid for via quick PayPal chechout. I am unable to create a return ticket, whichever way I try. I e... See more

Hopeless customer service
Im trying to get them to send me a returns label. It's not convenient to return via UPS as there is not an office in my area and I want to choose my own courier. I've messaged them twice and still had no reply. Their customer call line is in Barcelona and so called 'live chat' doesn't seem to exist.
Note to self - never use Geox again
Terrible shoes
Terrible shoes, so uncomfortable that i have chucked them in a charity bag. They hurt in so many areas, stretching would have not worked. Poorly made, even the buckled dug into my ankles. Will never buy this over priced, poorly designed and manufactured range again!
Avoid!!
Avoid!!! This company sent me trainers in a poor condition and have point blanked refined to help me, even with evidence. I will never use this company again !
Customer Service Ignores Complaints
I bought a pair of Aerantis shoes this spring before taking a trip to Europe. The sole came unglued after about a week of moderate walking. I asked Geox for a replacement or refund and sent them pictures. After they gave me the runaround for a month (‘we escalated this to the proper office”, “please, trust the process”), they stopped responding to my emails. The shoe was good while it lasted, but Geox doesn’t stand by their products and their customer service is horrible, even if you are a repeat customer. If something goes wrong, you are on your own. I expected better from a company at this level. By the way, Geox, my claim number is O8IL5R1 (just in case you are tempted to claim that you have no record of me as a customer). I may pursue them in small claims court, their lawyers fees will probably exceed the cost of doing what is right.
Impossible to return anything
Impossible to return anything . They do not answer calls ignore my emails very disappointed
Sole coming away
Bought pair of Geox trainers a matter of months ago - haven't run in them or covered excessive mileage, but already one sole is peeling itself away from the shoe. Poor manufacturing. Needless to say, I won't be buying Geox again.
I bought a pair of shoes from Geox…
I bought a pair of shoes from Geox which arrived with a snapped lace lace that cant easily be replaced. They told me to get the print off and drop at a UPS point. I did as advised and the shoes didnt arrive at Geox. They told me to deal with UPS and are basically not interested in sorting this out.
Horrible for international orders
Horrible for international orders. They work with UPS, which provides no help. If you need your package in a week, go for the express option right away. My package is 6 km away from me right now and I cannot receive my package on time before I leave the country. No one can even guarantee to that my package will be sent back. Total waste of money. Total waste of time.
quality decline…
I bought the Spherica man's shoe online having been pleased with previous products over the years. This shoe was a major disappointment.Looks as if it was printed not crafted.Made in Myanmar.must have cost a dollar to manufacture and looks like it.Goodbye Geox., a brand in terminal decline
I bought a few years ago a pair of…
I bought a few years ago a pair of beautiful shoes. I didn't kept the receipt more than one year, as the ink simply gone from paper.
2 months ago I went to an event with my beautiful shoes and in a few hours, they start disintegrate on the carpet. I wrote to the company and after 2 months they said that they are too old and this is the reason why it happened!!!
So, I bought an expensive pair of shoes, wearing them a few rimes and now I can throw them to bin.
I will never ever buy something from Geox, that is for sure!
If I could score 0 I would
If I could score 0 I would . They make the returns process really difficult if you don't have a printer. I sent my parcel back by royal mail tracked which is at customs. I contacted them to let them and the reply was a cheeky email.
Scam artists
Out of Country shipping
Had no idea they shipped from EU so a return is fiddly print 3 copies docs etc. Takes an age both ways and refund. Shoes were rubbish thin insoles anyway. Total waste of time. Not what they used to be.
Bought Geox Xand sandals
Bought Geox Xand sandals. Happy to spend more for a good looking sandal that promises comfort with shock absorption etc but these have to be the most uncomfortable and actually painful pair of sandals that I have ever bought. They were £100. I really expect quality at that price. Tried to wear them twice now and they are just so uncomfortable they are actually unusable. They feel fine until you walk on them for 10 mins or more. The inner sole is just rock hard and weirdly shaped plastic. The footbed has a curve around the edge which starts too far into the foot bed area. I have a narrow foot so these shoes must be causing others lots of discomfort ..? I would genuinely rather go barefoot. I was a Geox regular so always go with the same size but this is my second pair of uncomfortable shoes from Geox. Not quite sure what's going on with their product development. Annoying when the product promise does the actual opposite.
I have just returned a pair of walking…
I have just returned a pair of walking shoes as they are a poor design and have caused massive blisters. I was told because I have worn them the assistant could not refund and I was to contact their customer services. I declined as I know where this is going. So the assistant offered to email herself. I will await their reply. But after reading the reviews I do not hold out much hope of getting a refund. I hope I am pleasantly surprised.
Low quality, awful employees at store
I have a pair of Oxford shoes from GEOX that I have used SO MUCH for the last 8 years and since they are still in a good shape I decided to buy some elegant sneakers again in GEOX. I even bought the special prodcut (spray) to protect them before going out from home but after 5 uses the part supposed to be leather on the top front started to show peeling on both shoes so I stopped using them... I went to the shop in the center of Budapest where I bought them to show what is going on and the treatment of the lady working there was SO DISRESPECTFUL that I put for the first time a claim at the local customer book! She didn't let me speak, she was laughing at me for even trying to return with the shoes... she compared my case with kids who play football and then want to return the shoes... awful. I will never buy from GEOX again.
would give Geox shoes a -1 if I could
would give Geox shoes a -1 if I could - barely worn (maybe 30 times) and the material at the top of the shoes has started to split and separate. they were b expensive too - poor show, Geox! will know better than to buy any more of your products!!!
I was totally disillusioned by the low…
I was totally disillusioned by the low quality material used in these shoes. You buy it paying much more than genuine leather shoes and you get cheap faux. The cover goes much earlier than the shoes...
Absolutely horrible customer service…
Absolutely horrible customer service and company.
Not only is sizing in consistent, but how their shoes make it through quality control is beyond me.
Called customer service a few times due to multiple issues with different orders and the man who picked up every time sounded like he was awoken from asleep, can hardly understand him as he mumbles, and was clearly annoyed to have to be on the phone.
Shoes were shipped to me with pink markings all over them from production.
Offered a $30 voucher for a FUTURE pair. No refund or exchanges on current pair. Requested that the voucher be applied to current pair- as most logical and what most companies would do. A big firm no.
Trying to communicate with them is like trying to communicate with people who don’t understand common sense.
Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Stay clear of GEOX.
No wonder they have poor ratings- should have looked first!!
The breathing shoes leak and squelch
The breathing shoes leak. I bought a pair of shoes 2-3 years ago. Only started wearing them a few months ago when going to the office 2 times a week. They’ve been fine, they have the breathing soles. It was the first time I wore them in the rain yesterday and the left shoe started squelching all day. It’s pretty loud and distracting. It’s a pity as i had bought the similar style over 15 years ago and i loved the shoe. It’s a smart/casual shoe in leather and canvas. I called the store on Oxford street where i bought them but unfortunately the warranty is only for 2 years so they may not do anything. They are still in great condition but annoyingly i may not be able to wear them in the rain. I will just have to get a pair of reliable Clarks.
I never received the order
I never received the order, their excuse is "due to large volume of orders" bla bla. It's a scam!
