Gerbing were once the go to for heated clothing. Sadly no longer. Avoid at all costs. Their warranty and life time guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on and the will ignore emails/calls/mess... See more

These guys are really good
These guys are really good. If they have it in stock its out to you the same day for next day delivery. The jacket liner I ordered was too small, I had no problems in exchanging the item. I do have a problem with the heated socks I have bought, but I am quite confident this will be sorted out without too much hassle. The quality of the goods is also really good.

I'm not one for writing reviews but…5 Stars, Well Done Gerbing!
I'm not one for writing reviews but this was worth writing.
I have had a couple of items from Gerbing a few years now with no faults and they work excellent.
I bought some heated trousers which the cables needed alterations to fit my old heated socks.
It's only then you realise what a company is like for service & not just sales.
I sent an email to them on Friday voicing the problem, within a couple of hours i got a reply to send them in to be sorted.
Sent them straight away & they arrived there on Monday.
They let me know when they was posting them back and they arrived on the Thursday with DPD with a 1 hour delivery slot.
From contact to return in 5 days is excellent.
Well done for such great service & communication.
After 35 years riding bikes & buying gear over the years its rare to find such a good service.

7V Gerbing heated fleece
I can only speak for the 7V Gerbing heated fleece that I bought online from the US. I have owned it three years/two winters. I love how stylish it is, it fits well and it's made from a nice material. However, my main gripe with it is it really doesn't get very warm, partly because the heated area is quite small. The neck bit in particular barely warms up. As a result, I've always had to have it on the warmest setting, meaning only a couple of hours of battery life. Unfortunately, I am writing this now because the battery has died and it's too expensive to replace and extremely rare. I would expect a jacket of this price, that had rave reviews, to get warmer and last longer. This was a big investment for me that I had researched thoroughly and has left me disappointed.

Simply the best heated motorcycle clothing
I bought Gerbing T5 heated motorcycle gloves from this company 4 or 5 years ago and used them each winter on a 60 mile commute; they worked brilliantly but got to the point where they needed replacing as I had used them so much.
At the London MCN show in February 2018 I bought a pair of Gerbing XRS-12 gloves but the hard knuckle protectors didn't suit me so I contacted the company and was offered replacement T12s (upgraded version of the T5) which I have now received in the post, tried out and work great.
I can wholeheartedly recommend the Customer Service provided by this company and the quality of their products.
