I have been wearing gerbing heated clothing for a few years and I was generally happy, but I had never had to deal with their “customer service.” I guess I had been buying gerbing products from other retailers. But recently I ordered straight from gerbing and their incompetent, nonexistent customer service has made me regret any purchases I have made and I have gone so far as to buy again from another brand. My order was split into 2 packages, which is annoying because this happened because my gloves were back ordered despite showing as in stock on the website. But both packages eventually shipped - one has been received, but my gloves are MIA. The tracking info I was provided for them doesn’t work and they have ignored 5 emails in the last week. Today, their phone line wasn’t taking calls at all. I know this is a busy time of year but not ever responding and refusing to answer the phone is childish and unacceptable. I’m sure they aren’t processing warranty claims either. But your gear from a company that answers the phone
