The order was not delivered. I received a message informing me that there will be a delay of 2 days. If I had known this, I would have ordered from Germany 90 euros cheaper.

The service and the product is perfect i am very happy with it my only downside was they say order before a certain time and then it is same day delivery and when you are at the checkout then you get charge extra for same day delivery but it is not a train smash

The company breaks consumer law!
Completely unprofessional approach to the client. I ordered tools 36 days ago for over € 1500 and still got nothing. The store claims that an investigation with DHL is underway, which may take up to 8 weeks! This is not the customer's problem! If you have problems with the carrier, it should be changed. In this store, if the carrier does not deliver the package - the customer has to wait without money and tools until everything is cleared up. Disrespect for the client who is treated like a liar. I would like to add that as a consequence of the shop's incompetence, I lost my job and my source of income. The company violates consumer rights in the Netherlands. I do not recommend! I advise you to stay away from this company.

Hi. I am very dissapointed about what I buyed... I did a small calculation after I reciveded the products, and it looks like if I buyed them apart, it will cost me less then the amount I have to pay for a combiset, when it supposed to have an advantage by buying them as a set! I don't recomand this to anyone, it is not profitable, and the products are not even the medium quality from theyr line of products. A big, big dissapointment!

Lowest price i found for my ryobi angle grinder, but it would be nice to mention 4 weeks possible delivery time. Maybe they did somewhere hidden nicely. Let me know if you have their new multitool, i can't find it anywhere in europe.
