Outstanding. Order placed Tuesday evening, arrived at PostNL pick up point 9-40 Wednesday morning.
Including the item that wasn't in stock for another week.
Ordered stuff that was expected to be delivered within 5 working days, but as normal with this firm, the delivery is announced to be delayed with 10 extra days. But can be more with Gereedschapscentrum. Nevertheless no possibility to cancel this order as I did not want to pay for extra service which should off course be part of the relationship between client and store. Disappointing guys. Why did I try it again....

I would warn against purchasing anything from this company. Delivery times that are stated on the site do not get honored. I have had to wait over a month for my items with no updates from the company itself . Customer support is only capable of lying and hanging up. Shop somewhere else!

If you have to send something back for repair, you have to be VERY patient.
FIRST.. it takes almost TWO WORK WEEKS from receipt before they even process it !!!!
Then you receive an email that it will certainly take another 5 weeks.. so you've LOST your badly needed machine around 2 MONTHS.
This is outrageous !!!!!
You have to buy a second machine to be able to continue with your work ... but not at Gereeschapscentum

I have been very badly treated by this company.
I put an order in for several articles, which brought me over the free shipping limit. The articles would be delivered in 10 days. After about 2 weeks I started contacting them. The problem was, 1 article wasn’t manufactured anymore (even though they had it in stock stated the website at the time) so they couldn’t deliver. I was given a choice to pick something else (all alternatives were remarkably more expensive) or cancel the product. I chose the latter. Then it turned out they started to bill me for the shipping as now I fell under the free shipping limit. Quite rude,I thought. Many emails later and I got the money for shipping back.
A few weeks later I got my products but without the key component. This was on back order they stated. After about 3 months I received the last component but it was the wrong one.
I ordered a ratchet screwdriver and received a non-ratcheting one. I contacted them about it. Apparently their system had changed by now so they email was bounced (I replied to earlier emails. No, now I had to use a contact form. Sent several of those in over 2 weeks time and got no reply whatsoever.
I decided to go on the chat as well. First time I got into a conversation with someone and after the conversation got a bit difficult for the other side they simply stopped talking to me on the chat.
Some time later still nothing and I tried the chat again. This time, after explaining the situation for the 10th time I had to repeat myself in the same conversation several times. I was then informed that I had to pay shipping costs to pay for the product that they had wrongly delivered or had incorrectly advertised on the website. I told them I wasn’t going to agree with that. In the end I received a “I can’t help you with this, sorry” and I asked, “okay, so who can help me with this” I stayed in the chat for another 15 minutes or so and asked for a reply several times but was simply ignored. Then all of sudden the chat was disconnected when the front desk person left the chat.
Incredibly rude.
It has taken my about 3 months and I have gotten only half of the items I ordered and had to contact them so many times I’ve lost count. Now they still owe me money.

Ordered a mains filter mid April - expected delivery was 7-10 days. 2 months later not received. Customer service says that it's in stock but can't say when it will be sent as it's been busy. No further help possible they say. Be patient! Very poor service and unreliable delivery times. AVOID! Order number OL-110861821

I’m very happy with the product, good price and very fast next day delivery!
I ordered 120 "Beschermende overall" with 3 months waiting time. After 4 months I received the order cancellation and the advance payment back.
I'll never trust them in the future.
Good fast service my 2nd order with them both delivered on time.
Must better service than someother companys that do not deliver when they say.
I will place a new order soon but not sure what it will be for just have to wait and see what I need next.
I am personally really picky with internet orders and further reviews.
This shop I give 5 stars without doubts because:
-Best prices for Makita products.
-Fast delivery.
-Easy contact with customer service.

I order an airco online and pick up the tooltoday pack( that means I can receive the product on the same day evening). Then around 5pm, I received the notification of postNL mentioning they will deliver the product tomorrow afternoon. I was so surprised and immediately contact the consumer service. They explained that the airco is too big to deliver with tooltoday. They will refund me the cost of tooltoday. Until that moment, I felt ok since the situation is understandable. I stayed at home the next day on Tuesday, which I suppose to be in the office. The tracking of postNL again postpone the delivery to Wednesday, the tracking said the product is not yet at postNL. I contacted the consumer service again and asked if I could cancel the order or self-pickup from their Tilburg store. All had been rejected since they said the product is already handover to postNL.
On Wensday, in the morning, I checked the tracking on postNL, still the same "will be delivered tomorrow, the product is not yet in PostNL". I made the phone call the consumer service, they told me I could cancel the order and refund the money. Then, nothing refund. I contact consumer service aging. they told me, the order is not canceled since the product is already out to postNL.
In the beginning, I was really irritated by the situation because every day was saying "will be delivered tomorrow". Consumer service provided me the support in time and finally, I got my airco on Friday afternoon.

Reliable, fast , polite.
During the lockdown:
I ordered a Bosch schroefmachine.
It was not in stock and they informed me in case I wanted a refund.
They did refund me in one day.
After a couple of weeks I reordered the same product because it was in stock again. After 2 days at my home!

2 months have passed since I ordered tools I needed for work, but heard nothing for weeks from them, then I got a notice of delay email sent to everyone - then another (not addressed to me specifically).
Eventually got an email saying my order would be delayed for 5 months (let that sink in) and asked if I wanted a refund. I immediately replied 'Yes, refund my money for order" but her nothing back for a week already, and no refund.
I'm not able to reach their office at the posted number during the day (it says they are closed whenever I call during the day) so I don't know what else I can do.
Refund order 110488719 - BEFORE posting a reply "sorry for the inconveniece BS" - remember Gereedschapcentrum - it's not what you say that matters, it what you DO.

2 more weeks and still no refund. What is your problem? I've been requesting a refund for a month and have started a dispute with paypal since you won't respond.

I ordered a Bosch gat 6000 tool on 15.03.2020 and given 3week delivery time. Today 20.4.2020 I’m still waiting for it and what’s worse they offered a refund minus €5. They are still advertising the item with same delivery details.

we bought two dewalt machines. dewalt is advertising with extra battery free of charge. essential is the fact you buy at official dealer. gereedschapcentrum is not an official dealer of dewalt. so pay attention and i prefer to buy always at official dealer
