Website and Payment could be better.
Website is a bit clunky to move back and forward to find parts. Also was a bit put off that the PayPal account is Sophia Marlena Properties, LLC. I honestly thought I might have been scammed by a cloned website.
Otherwise the parts arrived very quickly and in great shape! Be aware that many German parts are now manufactured in China unfortunately so the MK3 window regulator may only last a few years like my last one did.
I have used you guys lots of times before and will continue to keep you at the top of my parts search queue.

Mark went above and beyond to answer questions I had about a problem with installation of a part. The problem was all mine and Nothing to do with the part I had ordered from Germanautoparts, he still was patient and did extra research to make sure all my questions were answered.
