Great customer services! Before sending the parts, they called and verified the ordered parts according to my car’s Vin number and suggested the sensors I should’ve included with the parts. They worked outside business hours so my order can be shipped out on time. The parts were delivered and installed and worked great so far. Thanks!

Thank you for your order. We are sorry you did not received the order when you expected it, we just took a look at the shipping and see you had selected FedEx Next Day Air and the package shipped and delivered in one business day as scheduled.
We received your order on Sunday the 3rd, it was processed and shipped on Monday the 4th and was delivered on Tuesday the 5th. Please be aware that orders placed over the weekend when we are closed or after shipping cut-off/close of business will not leave until the next business day.

They messed up my home address. So I have to pay twice shipping cost in order to get the product I ordered.

Hi Joy , we are sorry you are unhappy about the cost of reshipping the package but we shipped to the exact address you provided when you placed the order online. You can verify this by checking the automated order confirmation email you received when you placed the order.
The package came back to us as undeliverable because a few of the digits in the house number were reversed. When you provided us with the correct address we reshipped it but we did need to charge you for the second shipping attempt which you agreed to.
