I ordered two DustaPro robot vacuum…
I ordered two DustaPro robot vacuum cleaners, which were received a week or two later.
Unfortunately I could see straight away that they were not as solid as appeared on their advertising video/ they were cheap and flimsy product.
I contacted them on their email address to request their returns policy. A reply was received from “Victoria” in Customer Service , who was extremely courteous and appeared to be concerned. I was invited to send a photo of the product I had received, which I duly sent. She offered a partial refund of 20% I think, on the basis I could keep the items. The company was clearly not interested in taking returns. After some further exchange of emails, it was agreed they would refund me 40%. I was told there may be a delay - depending on bank account, etc. She said it would take at least 3-7 business days, but possibly longer- up to 20 business days.
After four weeks I emailed her to enquire as to the delay. No reply. I sent at least three more emails- again no reply.
Then, last weekend, I emailed their customer service through their website and I immediately got an automated response followed a few minutes later again from “Victoria”. She was extremely courteous and apologetic and stated that her original instruction for a refund appears not to have been acted upon by “the team” but she would follow up on it immediately. No further reply since, and no word of a refund.
They are a scam company I fear, registered in Lithuania, but operating from China I think.
