We have used Get Staffed a number of times for our recruitment needs, as we find it to be the most user-friendly platform. James and the team are always on hand for any questions that we have, and are very quick to get back - which is always appreciated.
We find it very useful that the Get Staffed team check our campaigns before they are posted and inform us of any errors, or suggest amendments to gain more engagement, and keep in touch to check how the advert is going. Get Staffed provide excellent service! The website and interface are incredibly easy to use, we prepared an advert beforehand and it was very easy to copy it over and fill in the various boxes. Gareth kept in touch throughout, offered some pointers and made sure we were happy all the way through.
I doubt it is a service that could replace high end recruiters for niche roles, but for less specialist positions and at a fraction of the cost we'll definitely be coming back again.

As a charity it was wonderful to stumble across Get Staffed, a local organisation who were incredibly helpful, proactive, supportive and extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole recruiting process. We had not used a recruiting platform like them before and were fortunate to win their monthly charity draw to advertise for a much needed post to be filled. Despite winning, we would wholeheartedly recommend Get Staffed (and have done to local colleagues and organisations) for recruitment as we would happily pay for their services. Within a few days we had 30+ applicants for a post we had previously only had around 6 applicants for! James was invested, involved and patient and extended his time and efforts beyond what I expected.

Very good feedback and communication with clear expectations laid out initially. I've given 4 out of 5 due to the applicants suitability of which most were unsuitable - probably not much you can do about this! The final applicant was great and we offered him a position straight away and he's proved to be a very valuable member of the team. Thank you all for your hard work and finally filling our position.

The team at Get staffed helped me get the right person for the job we were offering. They made things very easy with a very easy to use and cleverly thought out one page log in, and all the tools were all in one place. The job spec was tweaked by them to make it better and stand out more. I couldnt recommend them more if you want to find the right person to fit your company with ease.

To be honest - for the size of our company and given we knew the type of person we were looking for, this company's services are an absolute 'no brainer'. A one off small advertising fee covering all the job websites with the CV's easily viewable, downloadable and contactable through a bespoke platform. Great service and very good value. Really impressed and will return when another new member of staff is required. Thanks to Gareth especially who went above and beyond.

I am currently out of work and apply for several roles online, many of the roles are advertised through this company.

I apply for the roles, but never know who the actual company is recruiting. The only way that you can get any firther on the application is to go through their site which is a waste of time. There are no contact details for the official employer so I cannot ask questions.

All i ever get is automated responses, these have links to the jobs, but again, they are back to their own site.

I have used recruitment solutions like this for some years and they changed my approach to recruiting. Difference with Get Staffed is they have worked on the usability of their own ATS and it makes such a difference. Managing applications is made faster, fairer and more efficient. Can't wait to try their AI feature.

Gareth was really helpful and friendly. Taught me all the tricks of the new portal and how easy it makes life for a recruiter. Great response of 34 applicants using get staffed for the first time. Advert went on a wide range of job boards, which attracted a really good response. AI for the job match was really useful and the facility to ask questions before candidates apply which presents as a traffic light system. Will definitely use get staff ed again. Gareth is super helpful. Highly recommended!
