These people that left a good review is…they are trash

These people that left a good review is the people that works there by far they steel your money they also lie about given them consent to use there factoring company they never pay you on time they steel more then there percentage they claim there charging you and they don't know what they are doing by far and the guy there name Aaron lie about clearing your money on time he never have his paperwork or emails and even the brokers hate them

Ignore the good reviews - they are for the actual Fleetsmart company. Not FleetsmartS.

This is Fleetsmarts, not the legit Fleetsmart company. This is a fuel card company who uses a 3rd party fuel card that ANYONE can get. When FMSCA carriers' motor authority becomes active, they have telemarketers call these new carriers and say "just try our fuel card, no cost, no credit check". Whether they say yes, or no, or any random word, Fleetsmarts files a UCC-1 financing statement on their company, without the carriers understanding what a UCC-1 filing is. When they attempt to go with a reputable factoring company, they learn about this UCC-1 filing and have extreme difficulty in reaching anyone. When they do, it's a foreigner (the entire organization is foreign) who says you gave us consent over the phone. They won't release the UCC unless they pay $500, $1,500, even $2,000. This is for something they did not legally consent to, did not sign up for. They were completely taken advantage of and left with no option to work with a legit factoring company. How this is happening in the US to hard working FMCSA owner/operators is bewildering. Do not speak to nor work with this company. Read the 1,000's of complaints online. They need to be shut down.

They shutdown fuel card for fraud which…

They shutdown fuel card for fraud which was the right thing to do.... Used another card in my possession that had not been used for more than a year.... Setup new PIN code and used the card in Missouri..... 4 days later I get notified of 2 transactions within 11 minutes of each other at the same location in Texas for more than $1300. and I was in KANSAS. I have 50 people to prove I was in Kansas and a Facebook video showing me participating in a church service at my church on the day the transactions happened. I submitted dispute as directed by Fleetsmarts and almost a month later thru the front line customer service rep I was told they WILL NOT refund the $$$$ and gave no answer as to why. Account rep has not taken my calls ever but did promise to call back within a hour but NO calls.... No one but front line cust service rep will talk to me. They were good to use UNTIL THIS FRAUD. DO NOT USE THEM until you have confirmation how they handle fraud.....

Stay away from FLEETSMARTS . Deceiving people

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with FleetSmarts. They filed an unauthorized UCC lien against my company without proper consent or justification. This action was taken without my approval and has caused serious concern and potential harm to my business.

Additionally, FleetSmarts refuses to cancel the contract, despite previously stating—both verbally and in writing—that the contract can be canceled at any time. After requesting cancellation, they continued to enforce the agreement and failed to act in good faith.

The lack of transparency, refusal to honor their own stated terms, and the filing of an unauthorized UCC lien are unacceptable business practices. I am currently working to resolve this matter, but I believe other business owners should be aware of these issues before engaging with FleetSmarts.

I strongly recommend exercising caution before entering into any agreement with this company.

In the last four months

In the last four months, I have sent many emails to your colleague David requesting the latest updates on our invoices, but I have not received any information.

Unfortunately, this situation has made me feel that I may have entered into a contract with someone who has not acted in good faith.

Filing UCC to protect them selves?

After I tried to factor with Truckstp factoring services, I received a notice that fleetsmart put a UCC on my company, preventing me to factor with some other companies, First, I never agreed anything to Fleetsmart, the only communication with them was a phone call offer for fuel card where they promised a discount on fuel purchases.That is It!
After I read some other reviews, Fsmart that they put UCC as an industry standard practice to cover their assets, my question is, what about us, small carriers and O/Os.? Is Fsmart bigger fish and smarter shark, No, I don't think so. As I read, they are asking 500 to remove the UCC? when they are the ones that did the filing, YOU did the filing with out my consent, YOU remove it because no one told you to do it. This has to go to my state attorney.
