Great customer service by eugene

Great customer service by eugene. Eugene has been updating me daily about my refund process and has been a great help throught this process. I really appreciate the help i received from eugene actually. Because my money got deducted without me knowing that they are going to charge me for the membership fee. I really hope i get a refund. Once again rhank you so much eugene.
