Super service from all employees ,delivery all 10 plus if I ever need again they will be my choice.Price right nice clean box. On time delivery and pick up.

This was our first time to use Coolbox storage. We were renovating the garage and it was convenient, affordable and everyone we worked with could t have been nicer. Glad there is this option out there. Would definitely use them again.

They were on schedule in their deliveries and pickups. The drivers were pleasant and professional.

The guy who brought me the cool box was extremely nice. And very professional. I gave him a tip. I would have given him a bigger tip. If i had more money on me. He called me when he left to come here. And he did that when he picked up the next day. I would totally recommend cool box to other people. And when i need it again. I will be calling cool box up.

Such a great company, honest, reliable and responsive. Way better priced then the "bigger" named companies.

My overall experience with cool box has been great! Easy to work with and did everything they could meet all the times and places we need things moved.

Coolbox was a bit expensive, but I guess aligned pricewise with other rental box companies. Aside from that, when you order a Cool Box, REQUEST ALIPIO as your driver. I know you can't actually request drivers....but at least that's the sentiment! Even though personally I can be picky about protecting our driveway from damage, Alipio went way over and above the call of duty to make sure our driveway was protected and didn't block our court for any longer than needed to deliver and pick up our container. He was super careful and thoughtful and methodical (and patient) about placing and retrieving the container safely. He navigated in a tight space too..... plus he's a really nice guy.

Customer service on the phone was good. 1st guy who brought our box out wouldn't move the box in by 6" to make it easier to get through with furniture, since we had stager coming and we were also selling furniture. With a little fus, they sent another guy out, clearly more experienced and he did the move. Box itself and price lower than other Companies we called. Did good with the pick up time. I'd use them again.

It was a great experience! From the first telephone conversation to the picking up the pod, perfect!
I would use you again if ever needed to! Our neighbors got a pod because they saw us with one and how easy it was!

Ordering a cool box could not have been easier. The price wasa savings compared to storage facilities where you have to load your stuff and transport it there. The cool box was left right on my property for accessibility. The entire process was easy and professional. I would strongly recommend cool box storage for all your storage needs.

So easy to rent and arrange for delivery and pickup. When we needed to extend our contract a few weeks we were charged the same rate! So expected a price gouging. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Cool Box was great! On time and nothing was damaged in storage or transport. Good prices and service. One "negative" I would say is website stability. I had a new house built and closing dates got pushed a few times and every time I had to reschedule the site was down and couldn't change dates. Luckily their phones were still up and the staff I spoke to over the phone were always helpful and it was easy talking and working with them to change things around!
