The lady I spoke with on the phone for information and to reserve the box was super helpful. The gentleman who delivered and picked up the unit was very nice and friendly.

I requested to have my CoolBox delivered to my house so I could clean it out. I have been a customer for about 7 years, can not say enough wonderful things about CoolBox the company and all of its employees, But Felix who delivered the CoolBox to my house - WOW!!! He was a super professional and parked it absolutely perfectly in my driveway. Could not have been placed better - what a ROCK STAR!!!

Hmmmm, where should I start? Besides the box being a bit longer than the competitors, I did NOT have a good experience with this company. Day of delivery, their truck broke down. Took the day off work to meet them, but that didn't happen. I called driver 2 hours after a no show, and he said the truck broke down. He said the office should have called me, but they did about 15 minutes after my call. They said they were working on fixing the truck. By 445pm, I had to call them (again), and they said that the truck wouldn't be fixed for 3 or 4 days! The fun didn't end there. Upon delivery, the box was dirty inside. "COOL BOX"? It just has Styrofoam panels lining the inside and that's the extent of the insulation. Sooooo, today (the day the box was supposed to be delivered to my new address), I was expecting a call from the driver so that I could meet and show exactly where I needed the box to be placed. NO CALL at 430pm. Again, I had to call them to find out what was going on. At first, they couldn't find my order. Finally, the gentelman said that the "painters" told the driver where to put it. REALLY? I won't know until tomorrow when I get there if the box is in the driveway or down the street. Stay tuned . . .

All of my belongings were covered in mold and I’ve been getting the run around by their own insurance company that I paid to cover these very types of things. No offer from the company to assist and I’m at a loss of virtually everything I stored inside. There was water within the enclosed roof and still they (CoolBox) and their insurer are dodging any responsibility or financial compensation. Don’t recommend and will update this review should they finally come through and own up to these damages even partially

Kind and helpful all the staff and drivers

When we needed storage fast Cool Box dropped off our storage when we were not able to be home and placed it just right so that we could park in the driveway. We really appreciated that. Later, when we were done, Cool Box took away the storage without the need to be at home. It worked out really well.

We used Cool Box to store household items for a 7+ months following the sale of our house and the completion of construction of our new home. The drop off and pick-up process at our old home went exactly as we scheduled; the driver was great to work with. When our Cool Box was delivered the 7 months later, and having completed a 550 mile trip to our new home, everything inside the Cool Box container looked exactly as it did the day I had locked it 7 months before! The container was delivered promptly on the day I requested, and emptied that afternoon.

I highly recommend Cool Box Portable Storage if you need to pack and store your personal effects over an extended period of time. And if you need your items delivered to another location, even months later, I know you will be satisfied with their service.

We had to change things up several times leading up to our move, but the representatives at Cool Box never lost their cool. They were all helpful and friendly, and they made all the changes we needed with no fuss. All of our stuff made it safely to our new home right on time and fully intact. We would use them again (but hopefully not soon!) :-)

I had a few issues with drop off and pick up.
I had ordered a lock for my unit which they did not provide.
Did not place me on the schedule for pick up for one of my pick up days. The unit sat in my former apartment parking space for two days. Thankfully the apartment complex was understanding.
When I was getting my storage unit delivered for the final drop off, I waited all day and finally called them a 2nd time to find out their truck had broken down and they would not be able to deliver that day. Never got a call. I had to reach out to them. The dispatch did not seem to care that I had wasted a whole day and would have to wait another week to get the rest of my possessions due to my work schedule.
One positive thing is all my belongings were kept safe and nothing broke during all the commutes.
