Our whole experience was wonderful. We had our whole house in our driveway during our renovation. Was delivered on time and picked up when we scheduled. It was great to have everything in our driveway instead of a drive away for those months.

I cannot say enough good things about Cool Box Portable Storage. They were amazing. They made commitments their competitors would not make and they kept their word and were so nice. This is a fantastic company to do business with.

I was charged an extra month even though I called for pick up before my rental time was up. The company didn’t pick it up until 3-7 days after I called but I was charged the extra month!! Will not recommend this company .

We used the location in Oklahoma City. They were on time with delivery. We then had our stuff at there yard. Our box was broken into due to the poor quality of box. The top of the box is a thin layer of plastic that can be cut with s box cutter. We were not contacted until >48 hours after the break in. Who knows itbcould have happened weeks prior as well. The location has open holes in the fences, no working security cameras or monitor, and shares its location with a junk yard. We have pictures if you need confirmation. Contracted the company immediately and they never got back to me. Called multiple times abd finally got to talk to someone. after multiple weeks. They apologized and said all they could do was refund our money. We spoke with the police and they had had 7 break ins in the past year at this location. The company will not tell you this. They dont care about your possessions. We had 1000s of dollars of our kids toys, irreplaceables, and keepsakes. They moved on like nothing happened and left us to deal with the peices.

Hands down the easiest company in the storage sector to deal with. Prompt, responsive and have supper clean boxes. My box was broken into and Coolbox tech came out promptly and repaired the lock. Thank you!

I had a great experience with cool box. There prices are the best in the city. It beat everyone else and their service was right on. I would use them again.

Stored my household goods in a coolbox contalner at the yard in Phoenix, while waiting to purchase and close on a house. When I was ready to move in, coolbox delivered my container on schedule and placed it exactly as directed in my driveway. Pickup also went very smoothly. Coolbox was very respectful and accommodating of my needs. I would highly reccomend them.

These boxes made our move easy so we were not rushed by a normal van line type of move. Loading some things before we put the house up for sale was smart and the house less cluttered. This equalled a fast 2 week sale with lots of sales attention. Then when we loaded the balance of our household we only had half left to pack! Upon arrival at our new place ...again it was unpacking at our pace.

The process went well except during the final delivery of my two pods to my new home after being in storage for 6 months. I had a specific delivery date set and it was changed to another date which put me in a bad situation regarding my appliances. I was told it was changed due to a lack of delivery drivers and internal issues For my inconvenience Cool Box did not charge me for one of the exchanges. Moving forward, I would definately use them again and would recommend them.

The customer service was amazing. I was doing a remodel and had to move everything out of my condo, so I ordered a storage container to put in the parking lot. The driver came out in advance to ensure he could drop it in the parking spot. Turned out to be a tight fit, but he said he could make it happen. He did with only about an 1/8 inch clearance on top. I was amazed. The staff was helpful, friendly and always professional. The prices were reasonable and significantly less than competitors. You can't go wrong with Cool Box.
