didint get the product and horrible customer support. No refund possible

I purchased 'The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+' (Order #75289) for €21.99. The product page clearly showed a 'Key' icon and stated 'Game delivered to you digitally', leading me to believe I was buying a standard redeemable code.
​Instead, I received instructions to add a 'New User' and a 'Shared Account' to my console. This practice is a violation of Nintendo's Terms of Service and puts my console at risk of a permanent ban.
​When I contacted support, the agent (Brian) refused to refund me, claiming digital products cannot be cancelled, even though the product provided is NOT what was advertised. This is 'Bait and Switch' fraud. Stay away from GetAGame!"

I am very satisfied with the service provided. Everything works smoothly. Support is friendly and available 24/7. If complications arise, help is provided quickly and, where possible, solutions are found that are beneficial to all parties. I am always happy to buy again and remain a loyal customer!

The service of purchasing the game and getting the code to download and play did take much longer than advertised BUT once i got it the online service members were very polite and ready to help. As a first time buyer it was a little nerve wracking to have to go through the amount of steps I did just to get one game but once you understand it its not that hard its just overwhelming at first. Just be patient and you will get what you paid for and more.

SCAMMER BEWARE!!! THEY ADVERTISE STEAM (KEY) ACCOUNT AS A TRICK TO THINK ITS A KEY YOU WILL GET BUT YOU WONT, IT WILL BE A STEAM ACCOUNT WITH THE GAME PRELOADED PURCHASED VIA STOLEN CREDIT CARDS.

They advertised as digital copy but i got an account and even which im OK WITH IT.

You know what is even funnier? I waited for 2 days and i received NOTHING and the supports told me there were a complication and i could get a REFUND.

They issued an email which said my order is refunded 5 minutes later but i DIDNT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK. It has been 14 days and i think i got scammed.

Checking with my bank i found out the company is a Chinese company

This is a scam, I tried to purchase a PS plus premium from them, they didn’t say that they will provide there own account instead of a code, then I said okay because I have already paid for it and they refused to refund,
The account they gave me it got closed/deleted after few weeks, I contacted them they said they are sorry and they will provide a replacement, I said okay I understand , I had to wait for two days for a replacement account and then few weeks later it happened again and again and again
6 time that happened until I lost my patience and demanded a refund, in which they REFUSED and stopped answering me on there customer service chat,

Good site. It would help if the site provide some picture. To make it easier to understand the steps to follow to get the the game.

Rude customer service and did not receive a notification when the code was actually ready as was advertised. Would not use this service again even if it means I’d have to pay a premium for whatever product I’m looking for.

That website is a scam, do not order nothing from them. 0 contact live bot cannot answer for any question. Just aending to live agent who is not there 🤣. If You dont want to lose money dont enter them

They have great prices good games and help you through process if needed to the end also offer additional discounts they randomly send though email to ease the stress of choosing a game .

bought a game waited 10 days, to no game only for then to offer a refund which i accepted, for them to instead send a random replacement game and then claim i cant get a refund because i've received a game (the random one they sent).
absolutely horrible

TLDR: I purchased minecraft, and was sold an account with minecraft on it (presumably a hacked account they got access to) and heres how the chat went with the support

Nintendos Terms of services does not permit account transfering let alone selling of them. You guys will get my account banned if it gets flagged for this by Nintendo. This is arbirtary and fraudulent misinformation, I'm trying to buy my daughter a game key to save money now I'm installing a random account and violating the ToS of nintendo through you guys

We understand your concern regarding Nintendo's TOS, but as far as the law is concerned, selling accounts is perfectly legal. This was confirmed by the Court of Justice of the European Union in Case C-128/11, which stated: "An author of software cannot oppose the resale of his 'used' licenses allowing the use of his programs downloaded from the internet."

Could you provide me a photo of the error you receive please? So we could resolve the issue you experience.

Removing provided profile from your console is a violation of the warranty terms - it is stated at the activation guide restrictions part, and during the activation process that you should not remove the provided profile.

Any violation of the warranty terms leads to the warranty void meaning we would not be able to provide any support for your purchase. No refunds provided in such case either.

You can repeat the activation process following the activation guide - i verified provided profile and game should work as long as you perform activation correctly. You should NOT remove the provided profile for that.

I thought it was a digital key but it was an account. It's fine with me I guess but they should write it down somewhere. I got the game in a few minutes even if the activation is kinda painful to do.

After digging into other customer reviews, I discovered that the product actually grants access to a shared account with the game already loaded—something nowhere stated in their terms of service or product description. Delivery via a digital account is never clearly disclosed upfront.

I had to contact Live Chat multiple times, and at one point the agent simply ended the conversation, saying their shift was over. Eventually, I managed to secure a refund after submitting screenshots to their support email, proving that their site advertised a digital code, not account access.

According to a Live Chat representative, delivering through an account is their “preferred method,” and they only consider refunds if a code isn’t sent within 48 hours. I had to persist and provide evidence of misleading practices—including links to relevant consumer laws—before they finally agreed to a refund.

Overall, I do not recommend this site. The delivery process is slow, vague, and misrepresented. They fail to disclose key details unless you actively dig through reviews or question their support. Communication is inconsistent, and their refund process feels more like a battle than a policy.

This website uses game sharing and it doesn't tell you about this upfront. I thought I was making a normal game code purchase but after payment I got to know about lengthy steps to activate game. I was able to play the game for sometime but later due to some OS software upgrade the shared game profile was removed and the customer care flatly refused to help. I lost $25 to this scam website NEVER going to use this.

One best places to get a digital game and the customer service is outstanding In my book they will answer back to you almost immediately Everytime with wat we the issue may be and make it right as they did with me
