I've never encountered this before - my 10-year-old son asked me to download a game for him with some birthday money. The download instructions were long and complicated and the only way to proceed was to allow an unknown user access to a new Nintendo account linked to my son's Switch. That step was not made clear before money changed hands. Obviously I'm not going to give a stranger's Nintendo account access to my child's Switch. Then came the predictable but still very aggravating response that they have a strict no-refund policy. It isn't hard to see why, they'd be bankrupt. Avoid at all costs.

Scam !!!!! Payed for an online game code and didn’t receive trying to make me create a new account and login to someone else’s refusing to refund so I am speaking with bank currently !

Be advised that it‘s Game ACCOUNTS that GetAGame is selling. Not keys.

Getting a refund is likely not possible.

Everything was very smooth from beginning to end. Any kind of troubleshooting that was needed, they are readily available and there is minimal to no wait time to get in contact with an agent via the chat option. I highly recommend them as they have great service, and unbeatable prices.!

These motherf€(&%{# sell account details that have the game installed, you basically just pay for gamesharing. Run away from this shitty ass scam website!!!!! There are mutch better alternatives! There is absolutely no where info to be found that they sell account details to get a game!!!! Anywhere on this website.

Robbery. They sell access to their accounts. No real product... no refunding possible!!

The customer service was quick and great! My only issue was that it wasn't obviously advertised as an account, rather than for an individual access code. Otherwise everything was swift and intuitive, and the game works perfectly!

So first off let me explain! that there customer service sucks! I got 3 games but in accounts but at any time that person deletes there Nintendo account I will lose 60 bucks, Secondly there company guilt trips you to thinking your wrong and gaslights you! They will use excuses by saying it's in the process and you will wait for 3 days until you get to point where u are like it not coming and flag for fraud which then will get your Nintendo switch Ban for online access!! I'm pretty sure a bunch of Indians that own this company the way it is operated cause it definitely is a scam any 5 star review is a bot! Don't waste your money cause they gave me a refund but I'm pretty sure it's not coming! Also I have no online access anymore and was told by Nintendo themselves they couldn't do anything about it!

A load of rubbish. Went through all there crazy steps but at the end there was no game. 100% scam.

Dont buy there, mostly no Codes, Account resell... Support using excuses when something is wrong. No refund since almost a month.

Scam !!! 100% scam, they don't even respect their sales conditions.
Their customer service agent plays with words in order to always be right, once they don't know what to say they don't hesitate to automatically redirect you to a bot.

THESE ARE NOT KEYS BUT NINTENDO SWITCH ACCOUNTS, at no time is this written on the product description or on the general conditions of sale.

Their whole “instant delivery” is false and u will have to wait days for ur product

I will give it a 4 star because how ugly it is to get the game making a new account is fine because I can still use my main one but looking for all the codes and etc is annoying I’m a real person no cap and I did get the game but the wait is long because you have to look in your email go to redeem and a page will popup I forgot how I got to that point but it was very annoying and long to find it out I thought they took my money but it turns out they didn’t
