After my original bad review (see below). This company has since made contact and rectified the problem. We have now received our completed order. The bears are so cute and great quality. The order was also shipped quite quickly. Thank you Getahug for rectifying the original problem.

Original - Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered multiple items, when my order came there one 1 item in the package and it was not even what I ordered. Have contacted them several times with no answer. Order number #GH88135822

Nothing but grief from start to finish. Ordered a very expense order over £110. Didn’t receive any tracking information until I made a complaint. Package arrived after nearly 4 weeks and 2 items were missing. 2 separate outfits I had paid for. I was then informed I would receive a partial refund. No refund has been received and after numerous emails I got told it would take 1-5 days to clear into my bank. Today marks the 6th day and surprise surprise no refund. Bank stated they can’t find a refund with the transaction id I was given and numerous emails later an still no response. Will absolutely never order from this company again which is such a shame as I was hoping to get my sister a beautiful big selection of the bears and outfits.

I recently ordered a teddy bear from Getahug and I’m honestly so happy with it! The bear is incredibly soft, cute, and exactly like the pictures. The packaging was lovely and delivery came sooner than expected. You can really tell they put love into what they do. Definitely recommend Getahug if you’re looking for a sweet and thoughtful gift!

So, I wrote a negative review before this one, but I want to modify it now. I did get a response after one month of sending emails and complaints.
They responded and they are proceeding with a refund for my order. I am very thankful for that. However I am very sad of not getting my bear because it was a gift and it meant a lot to me. I hope to get the chance to order and get my bear in the future. I do understand that for the team of Getahug it is a lot of work to put up with, it was probably a small business and they were not expecting the success they received through Tiktok and Instagram. I really hope that in the future the business will grow and they will be able to handle the big demand for their products, because they really seem incredible and so cute and I really hope to get one as soon as possible!🥰

The bears are simply gorgeous, the most "huggish" bears you could find.... the sellers are kind and reliable ...you could not ask more !!!

GetAHug responded me, said i will get shiping compensation and got tracking link. I will update when i get bear and refund :)

I ordered a Getahug bear directly from their official website (Order #[#GH88137551]) and paid US$52.59.
The parcel I received (tracking DOFR9010004299021HD / UK511813619YP) contained a cheap little garment, completely different from what I ordered.

I emailed the company twice and even tried calling their phone number (+1 626 393 6623) — only an answering machine, no answer, no refund, nothing.

This company is not trustworthy.
They advertise beautiful handmade bears, but what they send has nothing to do with what you see online. It’s misleading, and they completely ignore customer messages.

I have photos of the parcel label, the outer packaging, the item received, and my original order confirmation.
I am now filing a chargeback with my bank and reporting this company to consumer protection agencies.

Do not buy from Get Hug or Condere Hugh.
They take your money, send random junk, and vanish.

I ordered a blind box Xmas bear on 1st October, received an automated confirmation of my order….. and nothing since. I’m going to request a refund from them - don’t expect I’ll hear anything then will go to my bank to request a chargeback refund. Shame on you.
