A beautiful gift for my granddaughter well worth the money as the teddies are gorgeous, legs & arms easy to move the perfect size for a little one to hold.

The tracking is awful
Regardless of tracking the whole company as a whole were quick to respond to emails and updated the tracking once I ask . It’s not the company fault it’s the courier . Back to topic the Teddy is so cute and 100% satisfy regardless of the wait .

The whole experience was absolutely wonderful! The bear is so beautifully made, incredibly soft, and feels very high-quality. It truly brings comfort and warmth, just as promised.
