I ordered Aquafairy on Dec 11th, A MONTH AGO

I ordered Aqua Fairy on Dec. 11th for a Christmas gift that I've never received. The tracking says it's been sitting at a shipping facility since Dec. 20th with no updates since. It's now January 9th--a month after I ordered. I've emailed Aqua Fairy several times with only one initial reply apologizing that it's late. It's been a month and I want a refund but can't get any reply from their customer service. I will be contesting the charge with my credit card company for sure. This company is ridiculous

What’s an other waste of money I…

W what’s an other waste of money I bought their products for $150 bought two of them and then bought the pen for extra $25 or so my cousin’s and my kids were sorely disappointed the molds are way too thin and it never actually forms any of the animals it’s flimsy. It looks terrible no matter how thick we made the mold. Don’t buy trust me I complained they didn’t respond. They didn’t give any money back. Nothing the service is also terrible to nonexistence. Don’t waste your money. Like I did!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I am trying to return the product but they will not answer my messages. I have emailed them 10+ times, messaged through Facebook, commented on Facebook posts tagging them, etc. I received one response originally saying they couldn’t even find my order number which was the order number they provided me! And ever since then they have not responded. Completely unacceptable and so extremely frustrating!!!!!

My rating is a negative 10 (now 2 stars)

Update: I did end up receiving my order early January. Things this company needs to work on: prompt communication, improved order tracking, not falsely advertising about shipping times on website, and allow comments on social media advertising. These things can really make or break a company. Please do better. I’m receiving a lot of service recovery emails (now) but I can’t help but wonder if it’s only because of my negative review.

My rating is a negative 10! Ordered early Dec and still haven’t received any information on my order. This company is a scam and should be avoided at all costs. False information on their website stating the product will shop in 3-5 days. The first red flag should have been the fact that you can’t leave comments on their many advertisements on social media. This company should be ashamed and get shut down. I’ll be contesting the amount w my credit card company.

Excellent product

Misleading shipping date

I just received an email saying instead of being delivered by December 18th, it might be shipped by January 17th. I’m so disappointed I cannot give them to my grandchildren for Christmas.

Terrible company

I don’t usually leave reviews but I am annoyed with this so I have too
I purchased the Christmas set and regular set in early November. I waited until December 7 and sent an email wondering if there was a tracking number provided so I could see where my order was. The response I got was “they still haven’t filled my order “ for some reason and didn’t know why. They asked me to be patient to see if they could come up with a way to get me my product before Christmas. I waited a few days with no response so I emailed again, and ended up emailing 3 more times before they finally responded on December 13th. They said that they couldn’t come up with a way to get the product to by Christmas, so they were going to refund my money……but for some reason it had to go through a process that might take a few weeks before it get it back. It only took them a couple minutes to take the money out of my account.
You would think the logical solution would have been to express ship the product to me as they are the ones that forgot about filling my order for over a month.
Anyway, poor customer service , poor communication, and unreliable service

NEVER RECEIVED ITEM

NEVER RECEIVED ITEM - I ordered Halloween and Original Kit bundle on 10/13/24. Item wasn't shipped and it was nearing. Halloween Contacted company. They apologized and comped a refill kit. Promised delivery before Halloween. On Nov. 2, received comped refill kit (NOT THE HALLOWEEN AND ORIGINAL KIT BUNDLE). Contacted company again. They said it was shipped and provided the tracking for the comped refill. I sent photos and documentation of what I had received (just the refill kit). They ignored my email and had the nerve to send a customer satisfaction survey. This company STILL HAS MY MONEY AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED the PRODUCT.

Product is amazing! I use it with children of a variety of ages and abilities and they have all loved creating with it. WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!

If I could give zero or a negative number I would. This product is absolute GARBAGE. I purchased 2 different boxes. My kids and I tried the Halloween one twice as the mixture was not working as it said. After over 24 hours in the water some of them were still liquid. I have been trying to return the unopened box for almost a month and just useless responses. NO I DO NOT WANT A $6.00 refund to keep it. The 2 packages cost be $145CAD with the exchange, HUGE REGRET. My last email was send me a return label and refund me when it arrives. This morning I got a message to send it to China on my own dime. I am so frustrated and disappointed in this product and company. Definitely not a US company like they appear to be. DO NOT BUY WHATEVER YOU DO!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I have sent multiple messages on their Facebook and an email and they have not responded in well over a week. Firstly, this item ships from China. You can order similar kits from Amazon with 2 day free shipping. I ordered this when it was guarantee to come by Halloween, one of the items is a Halloween themed kit. Kit has been lost in shipping and I have gotten ZERO response from the company. I want actual communication with someone. I am going to research who this “Caroline” person is and see if I can reach out to them. Apparently they are the cofounder of the company. I honestly think this is a China based company using a made-up American person as their face.

Bad customer service. Buggy website.

I placed an order for an Aquafairy kit for a friend and sent it to the US. I placed another order for another kit for my son to be sent to Switzerland but the website automatically updated my previous order instead of offering the option to add the shipping address etc the regular workflow for purchases. I wrote to Aquafairy customer service and I received a reply saying things will be remedied immediately. They were not! My son never received his kit and the company stopped replying.
