I need to clarify my experience with Getartscrafts. It seems I mistakenly registered for their services without fully understanding what I was signing up for. This was entirely my oversight, and I ended up being charged for a service I don't need.
However, I want to emphasize that their customer service has been very responsive and professional since I reached out. They've communicated clearly and tried to assist, even though the situation was due to my own error.
While I don't require their services, and I'm out of pocket for the charge, I can say that the company itself appears to be legitimate and operates with good communication. My advice to others would be to read all terms and conditions very carefully before signing up for anything, as mistakes can happen!

The agency handling my case promise to refund my money

Had an issues regarding a refund of an unwanted subscription. Initially was told that the refund isnt possible but apparently they make exceptions and a willing to accept my request.

Well i wher under the expresion that i would make a provet on this platform but i where not even give a change to start . The person that assist me with the setup with my acount didt assist me at all my bank acount where not even loded on my provile when i ask for assistant in that regard i where told that i canceld my acound .I think that where very unfair towards me
