Stressful, unhealth conversation. Person on phone rude, I am NOT disqualify for discount as I am not US citizen. Lady on phone ask me question "Are you citizen on USA?" as I say NO Lady on phone hang on me. Do not understand the fact that not as citizen what it will make deference for my loyality for USA US Low and qualification of discount.

Thank you for providing your information and your feedback. We do take our customer service seriously, and agree it is unprofessional to hang up on customers. We will review for any phone calls and see if there is an opportunity for us to improve. Some of our highly discounted promotions do require that the participants be US citizens as well as other requirements. Anyone can book with the hotel directly with the rack rates, however to take advantage of our discount promotion participants must meet all of the qualifications.

Wonderful Stay. Only problem was closet dropped all our hanging clothes to the floor due to poor hinges.

Not sure what the problem is with your company but you guys are rude very rude. I like every American is struggling due to our own government and Society and get a simple getaway you guys made it harder to even get an approval let alone knowing about active programs.

Everything about my stay at the Westgates Lake Resorts & Spa Orlando was wonderful the ONLY thing that I was very disappointed bout is towels. They need bigger towels for the guests. Not everybody is small! That’s it

No happy!
Well first of you spelled my last name wrong. You spelled it Adam when it’s supposed to be Adams. So when I went to check in they could not find my reservation. And come to find out you put me down as a owner and that made more things complicated. Then I was told then I had to sit in 120 minute presentation with lunch and none of that happened.
