Everything worked as planned. We had a great time.

It’s truly an amazing place to escape for few days or actually have a vacation with your love ones. One thing that I would say that should improve better is when giving the extended hours to the clients before check out. All members of housekeeping should be notified immediately when the client has an extended hours. Other then that everything was beautiful. My kids loved it and as for me that’s all that matters. ❤️ Thank you Westgate ❣️❣️

The room we were give was terrible and the people took well over the 2 hours I was told it was going to take. Then the water park closed and we could not go so it took me over 2 hours to get getaway dealz to have the hotel give us the gift card. I would not waste time just rent a hotel room you get the same basic room for the same cost. Actually the hotel room we rented the night before cost less and was nicer than where we stayed.

Waited 5 hours for extra linens for the roll-away bed. Found curly hairs in the jacuzzi.

I did like the text message concierge.

I loved the Westgate Resort Lakes and Spa! Great for families with children. The representative (I think her name is Libby) was very knowledgeable, polite and patient. Resort presentation ran a little long, but, the representative was nice.

Great place, family friendly and good service the staff was very nice too.

Everything was well prepared and cleaned before we arrived. Everything was beautiful and everyone was friendly as well as helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back again.

We had a great time at the Westgate Vacation Villas Resort very nice and well kept resort. GetawayDealz was great and so easy to work with was not sure about do it at first but it worked out.

The room provided was not well maintained and to have someone stay in suite as such and then go on a tour to buy makes for easy decision knowing such high maintenance fee but yet studio we stayed in was not up kept cleanly...open door to two fly’s on wall, mildew all over shower, hair clip left on night stand light, and ceiling fan full of dust not good being family has sever dust allergies...I know this is no fault to Getaways but want it to be know as I brought to Westgate Resort but nothing done with issues. Getaways was great with setting up the stay and reaching out numerous of times. Spoke with Lil Engstrom as she reached out with sincere concerns with issues I had and informed me in future to reach out to them and they can assist.

Our experience with getawaydealz was wonderful! Communication was on point and I never had any trouble reaching someone when we had questions.

The resort itself was AMAZING!!! The only down part is that they lie to you about how long the timeshare tour is. It took up most of the day on Saturday and I was not able to enjoy anything. The representatives were very pushy and would not accept no for an answer. They would force you to sit there by telling you that if you did not sit there the whole time and continue to be pressured they would charge you the full price of the stay. Horrible sales people.

A really nice resort with a lot to do for families, the timeshare presentation was okay until they kept us past the 90 minutes that was promised in an effort to sell to us. I was convinced by the sale but my husband was keeping track of the time and he wasnt as interested in the timeshare as I was. We will be visiting again very soon without a doubt.
