I had no ideas I subscribed. I wanted to try before.., when I realized I canceled right away, within minutes they emailed me back setting everything correct.

They listen to you and understand of any problems that you may have.
Dlivery always on time and always very helpful

It has only been three weeks but I think I am seeing good results. Once I reach 6 weeks I think I'll appreciate it more but so far I'm happy.

Well - I’m still waiting for the miraculous change in my arms - I’m now onto the second pot - week 3 - no change

Cellu was easy to order from. I just received the cream. It feels wonderful and is so easy to apply. I have to give some time before I can comment on results.

So far so good. Been using this every day for about 2 weeks and notice my skin is a lot softer. Not greasy, so that is a plus

I love the product but the customer service is horrible. I chose 2 jars with 1 free. I did the 30 day subscription. Received my 2nd order and asked for the address to return due to I was still on my first jar. I was told someone would reach out and they did. They ask if I would like to change my subscription to 60 days or three months I chose three months due to having six jars. I was then offered 10% off the purchase order, which was.insulting. And now my third shipment is on its way. Why? Because the customer service agent didn’t honor my 3 months request that was offered to me! When I asked them not to send the next shipment they told me it was too late. I canceled my subscription. 4 days later I receive a notice it shipped. And they still will not reply with the address for me to return my soon to be 9 jars.

Subscription was relatively easy to cancel. I appreciated the final chance to change my mind but this delay final outcome. Sorry.

Very helpful when trying to amend a subscription

Not a problem with the product but problem with subscription which they insist I had asked for when I didn’t, I’m an old age pensioner one pot will probably last till I die, they’ve just taken another £22.98 out of my bank and after contacting them they only gave me options to delay how often I receive an order, if you still want to purchase please make sure if there is a button to untick for subscription although I never saw one.

Purchased 2 pots of this and no results whatsoever when asked for refund they offer 10% then 15% and thsts it
