They’re a scam, don’t use. They don’t deliver the goods and delay and delay refunding, I ordered socks as a Christmas present at the start of December and still haven’t got them or a refund.

Worst customer service.
I ordered 3 and only 2 arrived. Material was awful so returned and I have the return receipt they received over a month ago and still no response or refund.

Over priced Temu pajamas. My package took over a month to arrive and was shipped directly from China. They are laughably thin and see through. If you want these just buy them on Temu and save some money.

I ordered the Hamilton Pajamas Nov. 30th as a Christmas gift for my daughter. My order took nearly 6 weeks to arrive. Of note, they are being shipped from China not Wake Forest, NC (which is the address on their website). I wouldnt have been too upset if we had received a quality product for $50 but, we did not. The website claims their pajamas are "made with a sturdy silk blend material so they aren't see through." The pj's are thin and made from an unpleasantly rough fabric. Unfortunately, my daughter can't even wear them. On a positive note, the design is cute as pictured and I sized up so they fit well.

I ordered this product in early December. It is now 1/11 and I still have not received it. Their website says North Carolina so I assumed it would be here by Christmas. I was wrong. It shipped from China Several weeks later. At this point, I don't even want it.
I hope it actually arrives.

I would give the ZERO stars! It is a SCAM! I paid for PREMIUM SHIPPING... Website shows company is based out of NC... and so I thought premium shipping I would get my order faster..I didn't receive my order until 1/5 AND it was shipped from CHINA?? The Premium Shipping was a scam as well! After placing the order, within seconds i received 2 phone calls from the same number which alerted me to fraud.. I immediately tried to contact the company to cancel my order and there was NO phone number. I SENT numerous emails and NO reply until 8 days later! The reply was item shipped. I have sent numerous emails and they do not reply. I reported them to the BBB and wow... they replied to them stating they don't sell PJ's??

Their sizing chart does not match the product you order. I went by the chart, as neither recipient is tall, or big (size 5 and size 0), yet neither fit upon arrival.

Their support says best they can do is provide a 10% refund and I keep the items. There may be a chance the smaller can wear the bigger one, but the slippers didn't fit either, so just a horrible experience in general. You are better off going with an American company, or Amazon.

Horrible company. Ordered a Christmas present for my daughter as a theme. Purchased Hamilton pj set to go along with Hamilton tickets. Ordered the pjs on December 10 and they never got here before Christmas. They arrived two days later and did not even fit. The company refused to refund our money in full even if we sent the item back. They have a poor response to emails. I cannot recommend this company. They are shysters.

Never received the items I ordered. No response from support. Will I get my items? Who knows it’s a mystery. I will dispute this on my credit card since it’s obviously a scam company. Get Facebook marketing but it’s trash.

My fiance loved her pajamas and we are definitely ordering again. She wore them on christmas, I liked the look and feel.

I ordered and never got a tracking number or any details on the shipment. It’s been more than the specified time and I have still not received the order.

Ordered Christmas gifts on December 17 figuring it was enough time and received confirmation that the order shipped on December 19. Then on December 23 (eight days after placing the order) another shipment confirmation came, this time with ability to 'track' the order however by some nondescript, self-promoting 'tracking' company (that does no such thing without 'signing up'. emailed Customer Support for a real update, to which they responded with nothing another than another link to a site called '17track[dot]net' which does nothing, however it was easy to see that 'something' had arrived at or just left a Chinese airport. So the ordered and paid items will likely arrive sometime between January 2 and January 15, based on the parcel arriving in the US as promptly as possible and then forwarded through another service (such as USP, UPS or FedEx, not sure and nobody has responded again to my response email yesterday expressing my frustration). Find these products from someone else stateside or at least that has fulfillment in the US and is willing to be honest about their products and service.

Do not order from this company, you will regret it. Shipping is horrible, you have to download 2 apps to track your packages. The company takes several days to respond to emails. Then they say their tracking it being shipped and refuse to give a refund. Tired of these drop shippers ordering Chinese trash.

100% scam. Don’t expect to receive anything

Never ever order from these people /company ! They stole my money . They never replied to any of my emails , they never sent my two orders to me !!!

ABOLSUTE GARBAGE! Not a silk blend pajama - its screen printed polyester and cheap chinesium crap! Don't purchase their pajamas they are GARBAGE. Wal Mart sells better stuff

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !! Shady thieves ! If I ever see them again on social medial I will warn future customers of their shenanigans !!! I’ve emailed them and want my money back !!! I’m getting the run around !!! Next step reaching out to my credit card company to handle a dispute !!

Ordered on November 30, today December 16. I have not received the product or any response from the multiple emails I’ve sent inquiring about my order. Very frustrating!
