I was doing a lot of driving around and calling the listed numbers on the business center "For Rent" signs. NOT 1 agent called me back, even after leaving a message saying that I am ready to sign this week and need a space ASAP. Jessica called me the morning after I filled out the form online and had listings to me by lunchtime. She found me a space just outside of my location but was 250$ a month cheaper. I was working with another agent at the time but he never returned my calls and basically gave up his search. Jessica responded very professionally and timely, setting up appointments for showings. I signed the lease immediately and moved in right away thanks to her moving so fast.

Derek Newton was our broker and he really did a great job. Always kept me in the loop when a new listing came on the market, wasn’t pushy or overly aggressive with the sale. He even came back once the sale was made and helped me with a few things. Would definitely recommend Derek!

Corina, was stellar! We needed a very particular property type that could accommodate myself and my business partners and she came thru with great, creative ideas many times. Professional and thoughtful. Myself and my colleagues were totally blow away with her attention to detail and follow thru. A total pleasure to work with and should we need to find another property she'd, without doubt, be our first call.

We started an office search with a well-known, reputable tenant firm in SoCal. After one day of touring, and a deal that we ultimately had to reject, they simply lost interest and abandoned us. So, we turned to Digsy before Thanksgiving, needing to get a deal in place before Christmas. After some front end delay (most likely due to the Thanksgiving holiday), we were referred to Ryan Wakely of Windwater Real Estate, who did an awesome job. Not only did he find properties for us that the prior broker failed to present to us, but he was a great advocate and we obtained an office lease in a location and on terms to our specifications and budget. Well done Digsy!

This site offers nothing worth your time. The pictures they put up are the most horrible pictures of the build they are trying to lease. Some are taken from moving cars. I found one where they mirrored the image so it look to be a whole other building and it was a picture of the side of the building not one taken from the front or inside the building . That leads me to believe they have no association to the building and are just showing buildings with for lease signs on them. That such a waste of time . They are doing nothing that I couldn't do by driving around looking for places to lease it's just add a company in the middle to talk to the company that is handling the lease of the building. Just an extra expense. Skip this site and go to the location yourself and call the number that is on the for lease sign.
