I got a quick respond after the initial application. He asked me couple questions to see how much money I have. I play stupid, so It took this guy only 1 hours to emailing me saying that none of their fake expert said yes to my request. I believe this is a fake website with fraud in their mind. First, I thought they just don't want to help me for my accent, but now I see others have the same problem, I believe it is a fake website. Don't give them any information.

Jeffrey Kim is very professional, diligent, and hard working. He has an extensive knowledge in this field and understands his clients' needs very well. He spent significant amount of time doing his homework to make sure that he has met our expectation. He is very patient to go through with our project and always ready to work with us on any issue. He made a lot of helpful suggestions to steer us to the right direction. He always keep our best interest and make sure everything term, every word is in our favor. It is quite an experience to work with Jeffrey. We got the best location for our bakery. Strongly Recommend!

I'm not a person that writes reviews, especially negative feedback. Nevertheless, I feel compelled to after my experience with Digsy. It started off great; at first, the broker and my Digsy representative appeared to be so friendly and helpful. However, after the broker sent me a shortlist and asked me to compile properties I was interested in - communication broke down. They promised that this process would be easy and I'd be touring spaces by the following week. However, that didn't happen. They just ignored me and didn't reach out. I tried to contact them numerous times and even I gave ample time to wait for responses. It's been over a month of waiting and still haven't seen a single space or even an informational flyer. I told my Digsy representative of the situation and they just responded that their brokers/experts were all too busy and I would have to resume the search on my own. I'm extremely disappointed in this service. I had high hopes but alas, I get the indication that they don't care about their small & local business clients.

I signed up with digsy and within the first few hours I had an assigned Digsy rep calling me to evaluate my needs for new business space. Within one day after that, I had a real estate agent on the phone assessing my needs with me. By the next day, my agent had several properties picked out for me to evaluate. We visited several and I chose the first one we visited. My agent had all the floor plans and details printed in a nice booklet for me. This made it extremely easy for me to evaluate my choices. Then my agent got me a great deal on the place we wanted and I got my keys yesterday. I called several agents when I started and Digsy was the best at following up w me and getting the ball rolling for me. I can't recommend them highly enough. They were top notch all the way and regularly stayed in contact with me to make sure my agent was taking good care of me.

I signed up for Digsy through Google not really knowing what they did. They contacted me and we talked about our needs and then a day later, an agent from a top Commercial Real Estate firm called me and set a meeting. I am now happy to say that we were paired with an awesome agent whom I can now call a friend. Digsy is legit.
